An amazing apartment with stunning views from every window. We enjoyed many a glass of wine on the balcony watching the sunset. The apartment was perfect - everything you could possibly need on a holiday and more... It was truly a pleasure to stay in such a magnificent place...to lie in bed with the patio open gazing out to the sea is a happy holiday memory I will never forget.

Awesome location close to everything in Ilfracombe.

Located overlooking the waters edge and within a couple minutes walk of the harbour and the seafront. Tunnels Beaches is within a 10 minute walk down hill. The Blue Flag beaches of Woolacombe, Croyde and Sauton Sands are within a 10 minute drive.


Nearest airport is Exeter - roughly 60 miles. Nearest rail station at Barnstaple - 12 miles. Ilfracombe coach station 3 minutes walk from property.


For those with young children The Big Sheep and Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur Park are both within a twenty minute drive.

Further Details:

The towns facilities including restaurants and shops are within a 15 minute walk. Supermarkets include Co-Op and Lidl in the town and Tesco out of town. The landmark Theatre is 5 minutes walk.

Short breaks may be available within 2 weeks of arrival between April and October. Prices for short breaks of 3, 4 nights are calculated at 30% off the weekly rental. Prices for 5 night breaks are 20% off the weekly rental. PRICES ARE NOT CALCULATED ON A NIGHTLY RATE.

A booking fee of between £15.00 and £30.00 is payable with each booking

1/3 of the rent is required plus booking fee at the time of booking if 8 weeks or more in advance. Bookings less than 8 weeks before arrival full balance is due.
