Boquer is a nice quiet area, and being a 3-5 minute walk to the centre and 200m from the beach made this property the one we wanted to buy. The terrace and gardens get sun all the way through the day.

Beautiful apartment in perfect location

Just had a lovely short break here - the apartment is really nice, very clean, nicely decorated, and well equipped. (Made such a nice change to have plenty of towels) The pool is great - really good size, and nice to have some shade from the trees for when the garden gets too hot to sunbathe. Liked having table and chairs inside and out, and the comfy seating outside was a bonus.

Location is perfect - just back enough from the pine walk to be nice and quiet, but close enough to walk to everything easily.

Pip was really helpful throughout the booking process - always quick to answer any questions I had, and the management company in Puerto Pollensa was really helpful too.

Well presented, modern and clean apartment

This is a really nice ground floor apartment with everything you need. Modern appliances, large TV, comfortable terrace and shared swimming pool - although we had it to ourselves when we were there! Room to safely store bikes as we were cycling every day. Will hopefully be back next year!

Beautiful apartment and setting

A clean, comfortable, private, well equipped apartment with excellent wifi in a beautiful setting and location.Backed by mountains with pretty scrub and woodland to the front. The short walks to the Pine Walk and edge of the town are lovely and the apartment is only a few minutes walk away from the start of the amazing walk up the Boquer valley to the sea,

The front room and terrace have a lovely sunny outlook with 180 degree sky views and magnificent sunsets.

High quality apartment in great location

Regular visitor to Puerto Pollensa. Stayed here for 2 weeks as a family of four, with a 4 year old and a 3 month old. The apartment was spotless with very modern furnishings and bathrooms and the kitchen was well equipped. Solid internal doors meant we didn't have to tiptoe about once the kids were in bed. Fab air conditioning throughout which was great for keeping the baby cool. The apartment has a lovely garden with direct access to the pool and the grassy area next to the pool, which has loungers and trees for shade. It was perfect to be able to wander around the pool area and pop back in as and when. The pool is a good size and well kept, with plenty of loungers available. The pool area was nice and sociable without being too noisy. We met some lovely families with kids of similar ages to our son; it really is ideal with little ones as it is so well located - a nice quiet road but close to all amenities. You can be on the pinewalk in a leisurely 5 minute walk and in to the main square in around 10.

As the other reviewers have said, the owner, Pip, could not have been more helpful. We were delayed getting in to Palma so arrived on the street in the pitch black with a taxi driver who spoke no English; we called Pip for help and despite it being 10pm she picked up first time, talked us through how to find the apartment and even offered to cycle to us if we were still having problems.

Highly recommended! We had a great holiday.

Great location

We had a lovely 10 day stay at this apartment. It was not our first trip to Mallorca but was our first time in Puerto Pollensa. The apartment was clean; well maintained and really well equipped. Excellent air conditioning (worth a mention as it was so hot whilst we were there). We used the wi-fi for business requirements and it worked well. The pool area had sun loungers on the lawn or on the pool deck, or we could use the loungers in the apartment's private garden. The ground floor location meant that there was instant access out to the pool area which we found a real benefit. We didn't rent a car whilst we were there and enjoyed the ferry trip to Formentor beach and other boat rides. We preferred the more natural beach at Formentor but Puerta Pollensa beach was sandy and calm for swimming. Local restaurants were numerous and of a very good standard which meant we ate in less than we planned! Pip was really helpful when we made our booking and very responsive to all our questions. We will definitely be recommending the apartment to our friends.
