The Apartment is a 25 minute drive away form Peniche (great for surfing & golf), 10 minute drive away from Foz de Arelho with it's child friendly beach. There is a Supermarket, daily fresh produce market, bakers etc. all within close proximity. Sao Martinho Do Porto is approximately a 55 minute drive from Lisbon or 2.5 hr from Porto.

Outside: Patio Table & Chairs on Balcony Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Cleaning at the end of your stay will be charged for. The Rate is £90.00. This includes stripping of all beds. All Beds have sheets, pillowcases, Quilts and Covers. Bathroom Towels & Tea Towels are supplied. Other: The Loft Room is Large and has 2 Velux Windows, 2 Radiators, Large Bean Bag (this has been slept on by our teenage son) and a Double Bed. Downstairs by Pool: Communal Gym & Sauna - PLEASE NOTE THIS IS ONLY FOR USE BY OVER 18'S.
