Penthouse is on the 4th floor situated on the western side of the complex and accessed by lift. The apartment is air conditioned and generously proportioned 150sqm. It comprises a master bedroom suite, guest bedroom suite upstairs and a third double bedroomand is air conditioned. A large comfortable sitting/dining room leads to a marble terrace overlooking the gardens with a retractable sunshade. Penthouse has its own WIFI linked to 4G internet TV giving access to BBC/ITV and a sky sports and movie package together with DVD player and freeview satellite programmes
. Upstairs leading from the guest suite is a huge rooftop terrace with views to the sea, mountains, and Marbella.
The kitchen is fully equipped and the is a separate utility room with washer and drier. There is a safe.
White Pearl Beach 1 is 100m from the beach being an enclosed oval gated development in a peaceful location. It is a few minutes walk from the Don Carlos hotel, Nikki Beach Club, shops banks and restaurants. It is 5 minutes drive to the Santa Maria golf club and there are tennis and water sports within easy walking distance. The beach is a long safe bathing beach with golden sand, unspoilt by development with restaurants and sunbeds at both ends. The floral gardens are outstanding with mature palms and trees providing shade and the three pools with sun loungers and parasols are great for relaxing. The adult pool is heated in the cooler months. The apartments have marble floors throughout and are air-conditioned. They are fully equipped with internet TV with BBC/ ITV/ Sky and Wifi. The complex is gated with 24 hour security and CCTV and there is underground parking.

Beautiful apartment. The complex is great with 3 pools. Really close to the beautiful pearl beach. We had a brilliant holiday.
This was the first time we'd stayed at White Pearl, can honestly say everything was fantastic. the apartment was clean and easily big enough for our group of 6 plus 18 month old. location is spot on, a 15 minute stroll to the shops, restaurants, etc... and 5 minutes to the nearest beach. communication from Diana and Patrick was first class which helped immensely. wouldn't hesitate in returning, many thanks.
Autumnal Break in Elviria
Very favorable first impression of lovely spacious light filled apartment ... We arrived a little early and disturbed the couple who were cleaning the place but who made us feel very welcome and hoped that we'd have lots of sunshine during our stay...loved the roof terrace but decided that it must be pretty unbearably hot during high summer as there wasn't" any shade😎 fabulous grounds and great to be so adjacent to Elviria with its many restaurants and cafes ... Especially Di Vinos ! Perfectly placed for beach access and lovely beach restaurants . .... El Laurel,Mercadona Christina and Le Papillion. A few small areas,which could be considered for improvement are 1)more up to date delph and cooking equipment 2)elevator temperamental 3)could do with some shade being provided on roof terrace(esp as there was one red head) .... Overall you will love your stay here !!!
A Sunny Penthouse in Elviria
We have been staying in this lovely apartment for many years and it never disappoints. A very large living room opens out onto one of the patios where we regularly dine with our family – you can seat fourteen people around the table and on warm summer evenings, with views of the pools and gardens, it is a perfect place to dine. Up a spiral staircase leads to another double bedroom with en suite and another very large patio with views of the sea and mountains.
In the daytime you can enjoy three beautiful pools set in landscaped garden with ponds and waterfalls. The sea is only a two-minute walk out of the secure gates onto a footpath leading to one of the best beaches on the coast.
The owners of K7 are always wonderfully helpful and if ever there is a slight problem a call or email solve any concerns instantly. This all makes for a wonderfully relaxed holiday.
Although this was August, it was a lovely quiet location. The Apartment was nice and spacious although little tired in decor and needed a good spring clean!. Disappointed that we had no welcome pack on arrival a service that we are used to in other places, but luckily there were shops nearby. Very convenient for the lovely beach just opposite the site. There was a life guard overseeing the main children's pool and the gardens were well kept but the pools felt a bit slimy so we felt that the maintenance of this could have been improved. We ate out each evening and the restaurants nearby were adequate. The best was a chinese on the main road roundabout not the best location but with very efficient service also a good beach restaurant nearby but book first as it gets very busy!

Activity and Interests
100 metres from the complex is Playa Perla Blanca, white fine sand. It is a long beach and unspoilt with a restaurant/hammacas at both ends. It is open for long walks and further along there are water sports and restaurants.
Malaga airport is 45 minutes by car. There is also a €5 airport bus to Marbella and a €20 taxi to Elviria. There are shops and restaurants within a short walk as also are tennis courts and water sports. The well known Nikki Beach Club is a few minutes walk

- Notes on accommodation: Master bedroom has king size double bed with electric height controls, built in wardrobes and ensuite bath, shower and toilet. Guest suite upstairs has twin beds and ensuite, second guest room has twin beds and bathroom. Outside: The mature tropical gardens are exceptional and there are three pools one of which is heated. The cummunal gardens and pool area have sunbeds and sunshades and there are loungers in the apartments.
