Penthouse is on the 4th floor situated on the western side of the complex and accessed by lift. The apartment is air conditioned and generously proportioned 150sqm. It comprises a master bedroom suite, guest bedroom suite upstairs and a third double bedroomand is air conditioned. A large comfortable sitting/dining room leads to a marble terrace overlooking the gardens with a retractable sunshade. Penthouse has its own WIFI linked to 4G internet TV giving access to BBC/ITV and a sky sports and movie package together with DVD player and freeview satellite programmes

. Upstairs leading from the guest suite is a huge rooftop terrace with views to the sea, mountains, and Marbella.

About the property


White Pearl Beach 1 is 100m from the beach being an enclosed oval gated development in a peaceful location. It is a few minutes walk from the Don Carlos hotel, Nikki Beach Club, shops banks and restaurants. It is 5 minutes drive to the Santa Maria golf club and there are tennis and water sports within easy walking distance. The beach is a long safe bathing beach with golden sand, unspoilt by development with restaurants and sunbeds at both ends. The floral gardens are outstanding with mature palms and trees providing shade and the three pools with sun loungers and parasols are great for relaxing. The adult pool is heated in the cooler months. The apartments have marble floors throughout and are air-conditioned. They are fully equipped with internet TV with BBC/ ITV/ Sky and Wifi. The complex is gated with 24 hour security and CCTV and there is underground parking.

Notes on accommodation: Master bedroom has king size double bed with electric height controls, built in wardrobes and ensuite bath, shower and toilet. Guest suite upstairs has twin beds and ensuite, second guest room has twin beds and bathroom. Outside: The mature tropical gardens are exceptional and there are three pools one of which is heated. The cummunal gardens and pool area have sunbeds and sunshades and there are loungers in the apartments.

Great position for sun gain with plenty of room for six persons.

The property was on the top floor reached by a glass lift or two flights of stairs. The main balcony faced east for morning sunshine overlookung the fantastic gardens and pools. The penthouse roof terrace was sparse but good position for views and afternoon sun. Plenty of sparce for 6 persons. The apartment block is probably an 80s build but well maintained, the apartment feels 80s and could do with a face patio furniture etc. It is 3 star rsther than 5 star which it could be. Other apartments below have had a facelift and look 5 star. This apartment has the best position in the block.

Beautiful place

The place is located in a nice and convenient location 5 minutes walking from the beach. It is also close to groceries, pharmacy, cafes and restaurants. The apartment is located in a beautiful condo properly maintained and secured.

Spacious Apartment with Lovely Views

We thoroughly enjoyed our weeks stay at Elvira, shops and restaurants within easy reach and about 10 minute walk. Diana the owner responded immediately with any questions I had. We were sent keys 2 weeks before departure date and the apartment was easy to find by taxi which cost 70 Euro's for a 9 seater Mercedes Vito from Malaga Airport to the apartment which we booked online through (cheap taxi's Malaga), they were quite reasonably priced compared to others.

We sat On the rooftop terrace each evening and had our dinners while watching the sunset go down behind the mountains. The place was very spacious for our family of 2 adults and 4 children. The children loved the pools which were not too busy being August which was nice, especially the large family pool which they could not stay out of and the lifeguard was always on hand if needed and the complex was secure for families with children. We would return to this apartment as we found at the end our holiday we did not want to leave.

100 metres from the complex is Playa Perla Blanca, white fine sand. It is a long beach and unspoilt with a restaurant/hammacas at both ends. It is open for long walks and further along there are water sports and restaurants.


Malaga airport is 45 minutes by car. There is also a €5 airport bus to Marbella and a €20 taxi to Elviria. There are shops and restaurants within a short walk as also are tennis courts and water sports. The well known Nikki Beach Club is a few minutes walk
