Beautiful clean and bright apartment,recently re-painted and re-furnished lounge with 37" Sony TV and UK channels, Denon music system, DVD's and CD's with board games and books,lovely balcony overlooking the pool, ceiling fans in both bedrooms and on balcony, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, Fridge Freezer, microwave, sandwich maker, cool box for the beach and all cooking equipment if required. Full size hairdryer in master bedroom, travel size in twin room, iron and ironing board and z-bed if there are 5 guests. The apartment is 5 minutes walk to the Arenal beach, one street back where you will find all bars and restaurants, 25 minutes walk to the Port along the sea front enjoying the summer beach bars and restaurants along the way. Javea has something for everyone, a busy sandy beach where you can safely paddle waist deep or swim further out or the pebbly beach to sit and read or watch the waves and swim if you want to. Close to Denia, Calpe, Moraira or Benidorm for trips out, the World Health Organisation state that Javea has one of the healthiest micro-climates in the world, why would you want to be anywhere else. A great market in the Old Town on a Thursday and a great bus service not only locally but a bookable service from Alicante Airport for C€25 a head so you could manage without a car. Supermarkets, banks, doctors, dentists and chemists are all walking distance from the apartments. English spoken virtually everywhere.

We are not an agency we are three couples with rental properties in Javea, the villa in Pinosol, Casa de los Nietos belongs to Jim and Christine (S29376) and two apartments in the Arenal (S29491 belongs to Alejandro and Julia and S23362 belongs to Jon and Sandra) as we all regularly travel between the UK and Spain we wanted to ensure that our guests received the best possible holiday experience so we decided to work together to make sure that when you book you have one point of contact for English speakers, Sandra, and one point of contact for Spanish speakers, Alejandro, with the same friendly service from both.
Javea has something for everyone, young, old or in-between. There's no high rise or blaring night clubs just a safe and happy atmosphere everywhere.

Five Star Holiday
Recently returned from a fantastic holiday in a great apartment. Really couldn't have asked for more - Sandra was so accommodating even when our flight was delayed and checked in how we were doing and that everything was fine for us which was a very welcoming touch. The apartment was so well equipped for all our needs including lots of extras such as beach towels, beach toys, games, CDs, DVDs, washing materials etc and lots of helpful information about the area. The pool area was great - lots of garden space and swimming space as well as a relaxed atmosphere for everyone - we were a family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers but great for younger children too. Xabia has something for everyone - the Arenal beach is only 5 mins walk away from the apartment, with a very buzzy beach and promenade area, cinema screenings on the beach at night, lots of eateries ( we particularly enjoyed Acqua which had a great view over the beach great to catching sunset over tapas), yoga at La Siesta on the sea front, flamenco and live music in many places, market in the old town on Thursdays and a leisurely walk to the port area (approx 30mins) but there is also a little train that runs from the beach area to the port if you don't want to walk. If you have a car Moraira is well worth a look as well as the lighthouse with fantastic views over the bay, although a car is not needed as there is so much to do within Xabia area itself. Would highly recommend this apartment 😎

The apartment is fantastic, modern, clean and well maintained. It is part of a great complex which has a gorgeous pool area. Sandra was very helpful during the booking of our holiday and on arrival. She remained in touch with us throughout our stay . However we did not need her assistance as the apartment is so well equipped. The apartment is located minutes walk away from the main Arenal beach and promenade and all its great bars and restaurants. We love Javea and would definitely stay at this apartment again, hopefully in the very near future.
A perfect family holiday
A true 5* rating. The most stress free journey and holiday we have experienced. To be picked straight up from the airport and be brought to the complex was fantastic. The apartment itself was like home from home, a comforting and relaxing place to be that had everything you would need and more. Upon arrival we were greeted and shown around and reassured that if we needed anything we could contact the owner. There were so many recommendations about where to eat, activities for the kids (and adults). The swimming pool was fantastic; clean and spacious. And if that wasn't enough, the beach was only a 5 minute walk, which was also where you could find all the restaurants! Everyday the caretaker would clean the pool first thing in the morning ready for the day. The weather was absolutely brilliant with sunshine everyday, perfect! If you wanted to relax in the apartment for a bit there was a TV with British channels, books, magazines and dvds. We as a family felt completely welcome and we will definitely come back and stay in this apartment again. Cannot wait to book the next one! Javea is a beautiful place to go for families, couples and friends.
From the min I started to email Sandra she was so helpful and efficient! When we met her and John they were exactly the same! They wanted to make sure we had a great holiday! The apartment had everything you need for two teenagers and ourselves! The pool was fab and well maintained with life guard! The restaurants and shops and beach all walking distance! We loved the following restaurants La Fontana, Geographic and Aqua! Thanks for everything and we hope to come back soon
Well kitted out apartment with superb pool and close to child friendly beach
Property is in a great complex with good size pool and gardens and only a few minutes walk to Arenal Beach. The apartment is clean and very well kitted out. Sandra has provided all you could need including beach towels, beach toys for the kids and free WiFi. Supermarkets and restaurants are close by and our superb stay was topped off with the kids getting a pizza making lesson whilst waiting for their lunch at Pizza Pepa!

An Execellent two bedroomed apartment , very clean, with very good facilities, and good car parking. Very nice swimming pool and grass area for relaxing, loungers and folding chairs supplied.

There's no high rise, brash night club atmosphere it's just a safe environment for all and if you don't speak Spanish most people speak English so it really is the best of both worlds.”
Activity and Interests
Five minutes walk to the Blue flag sandy Arenal beach, 25 minutes walk along the beautiful sea front to the pebbly Port Beach. Excellent bus service to neighboring resorts including Denia, Benidorm, Moraira, Calpe.
Alicante and Valencia airports are a 1hour 15 minute drive from Javea and you will require money for the toll if you use the AP7 motorway, the N332 coastal road is free but takes a little longer. It is best to hire a car at the airport although there is a bookable bus service from Alicante which stops outside the Irish Bar a 2 minute walk from the apartment. (Beniconnect at around €25 per head one way)
Denia is a 10 - 15 minute drive, Calpe and Benidorm 20 - 30 minutes,
If you enjoy an activity holiday there is a book with various local treks' available in the apartment and there is also the Montgo Mountain close by should you fancy a climb, it takes in the region of 5 hours, 3 up and 2 down and you will need walking shoes or sturdy trainers.
If you will be arriving in Javea late local shops close at 9-00pm. We are happy to provide a welcome pack of milk, bread, eggs etc if you email your requirements. You will be charged at the cost price plus a small shopping fee deducted from your deposit.
