Detatched 4 star graded cottage sleeping 6 people, set in rolling countryside convenient for the North Cornwall coast and some of Cornwall's best beaches. Close to the very popular Camel Trail. A cycle trail which follows the course of the River Camel from Padstow on the coast to Bodmin Moor, a distance of 18 -miles ) The cottage is only a short 1-minute walk to The Camel Trail Tea Garden a very popular stop for lunches and Cornish Cream Teas. The Eden Project is only 7 -miles away ,a worth while visit.The cottage is a 5 - minute walk away from the award winning Camel Valley Vineyard which you can visit, that offers tours and wine sampling.Fishing on the River Camel is available with permits obtained locally.There are many great places to eat out in the area, from Pubs to Restaurants.The Wadebridge and Padstow areas are very good locations offering many places to dine out with Rick Steins famous Sea Food restaurant located in Padstow. Electric heating throughout cottage.

You return the booking form with a 20% deposit payment, we then send you confirmation of deposit payment and booking, with the full balance payable 6 - weeks before your arriivel date. On receiving your balance payment we send you full details on the holiday cottage location and collection of keys. If the booking date is less than 6 - weeks, full balance is payable on making the booking.
Payment can be made by: Debit / Credit Cards or Cheques.

Changeover Day:
Change over day is a Saturday, this is flexible out of saeson for short breaks.

Arrival time:From 12-30 pm.
Departure time: By - 10 a.m
