Detatched 4 star graded cottage sleeping 6 people, set in rolling countryside convenient for the North Cornwall coast and some of Cornwall's best beaches. Close to the very popular Camel Trail. A cycle trail which follows the course of the River Camel from Padstow on the coast to Bodmin Moor, a distance of 18 -miles ) The cottage is only a short 1-minute walk to The Camel Trail Tea Garden a very popular stop for lunches and Cornish Cream Teas. The Eden Project is only 7 -miles away ,a worth while visit.The cottage is a 5 - minute walk away from the award winning Camel Valley Vineyard which you can visit, that offers tours and wine sampling.Fishing on the River Camel is available with permits obtained locally.There are many great places to eat out in the area, from Pubs to Restaurants.The Wadebridge and Padstow areas are very good locations offering many places to dine out with Rick Steins famous Sea Food restaurant located in Padstow. Electric heating throughout cottage.

The cottage is situated only a 15 minute drive from the breathtaking North Cornish Coast and some of Cornwall's best beaches including Trevone , Harlyn , Constantine , Treyarnon , Mother Ivys. These beaches are all on a short 4 - mile stretch of coastline. The beaches are all high quality surfing beaches with lovely sand and stunning scenery.

The Minack Theatre, which is set on a cliff top near Lands End is a 1 -hour drive away, Penzance and St. Michael's Mount are in the same area.


The nearest airport is Newquay Airport, 15 - miles away. ( Car Hire Available )

A car is essential when staying in Cornwall as public transport is very limited.

The distance from the port of Dover is approx 5 hour drive. Heathrow and Gatwick airports are approx 4.5 hour drive away.


The nearest village is Nanstallon half mile. Wadebridge is a ten minute drive away which has many independant shops in the main street and large supermarkets situated in the town and on the outskirts.Wadebridge is a very nice town with the River Camel running through the centre of the town.Next to the river is a lovely childrens play park area with swings, slides etc.

The Eden Project is only 7 -miles away.Cycle hire for the Camel Trail available in Wadebridge, Bodmin and Padstow. (A must do)

There are 2 leisure centres available with swimming pools and sports facilitys, 1 in Wadebridge (4 - miles) the other in Bodmin (3.5 miles)

Shops, restaurants, supermarkets and banks etc available in Wadebridge, Bodmin and Padstow.

A 1 - minute walk from the cottage is The Camel Trail Tea Garden which serves All day lunches, Cornish Cream Teas and home made cakes. Fully licensed they serve a fine selection of Cornish Beers - Wines and Cider.The premises are open every day from March to November 10am to 5-30 pm.

If the booking date is less than 6 - weeks, full balance is payable on making the booking.

Change over day is a Saturday, this is flexible out of saeson for short breaks.
