Leading from patio doors onto a large raised decking (south facing) with loungers, patio table and chairs.

Ideal position to relax with a book and a glass of wine.

6mtr x 4mtr Private heated pool with seating area.

We provide Kayaks, inflatable (with buoyancy aids) cycles (and helmets) fishing equipment.

The ground floor has pool table, football table, dartboard and a variety of childrens toys.

Also a table tennis table.

Outside there is a large lawned area with swings, football goal, swing seat.

Car port/pergola with table and chairs and Barbecue.

Walk to St Nicolas des Eaux where there are 4 restaurants/bars, creperie, bistro

and local shop.

Also there are pedalos and electric boats to hire.

The tow path on the other side of the river stretches over 30 kms to the sea at Hennebont and joins with the Nantes-Brest canal at Pontivy.

Ideal for long or short cycle rides.

The local village of Plumeliau has a supermarket, garage and boulangeries.

Larger towns of Pontivy and Baud 10 mins away for various supermarkets, restaurants and shops.

There are 3 or 4 adventure parks with different rides within 20 kms.

Just Perfect!

What a fantastic place ... so many facilities...pool, bikes, kayaks, games, dvds, table tennis....the list is endless. Situated in the most amazing location with wonderful views and a short walk to the local village with shop and a few restaurants. (to be honest we only visited one as the best place to eat is on the decking at the house!). The place felt like home from the moment we walked in and all the games, books etc were an added bonus. So many places to sit and relax. Pool is lovely. Just 45 mins to the coast for more exploring. Perfect in every way!

fantastic property, a great base with many extras

We stayed in the cottage for 2 weeks and could not fault it. Great facilities, be it the bikes, pool, WIFI, games room or the cottage itself. The location is not only beautiful, but you are a walking distance to the local village which has loads of places to eat, the nearest shops are 5 mins down the road and most of the major tourist spots of the area are only a short drive away. Richard and Diana were great, with all of the local knowledge you could ever need. I have no doubt we will return in the near future

Nearest Airport : Rennes at 110 Kilometres Nearest Barpub : The village has 5 bars within walking distance at 1 Kilometres Nearest Ferry : St Malo/Roscoff at 120 Kilometres Nearest Golf : There is a 9 hole course at Golf de Rimaison at 7 Kilometres Nearest Train : Auray at 25 Kilometres Nearest Restaurant : St Nicolas des Eaux has 4 restaurants & creperie at 1 Kilometres Nearest Beach : Port Louis/Lamor-Plage at 25 Kilometres Car: necessary

Coast/Beach:

Nearest beach is Port Louis or Lamor Plage approx 25 mins.

The safe and sandy beaches of Carnac, Erdevan and Queberon are within 40 mins drive.

Travel:

Ports of St Malo and Roscoff are 1.5 hours away.

Also Caen and Cherbourg 3.5 hours away.

Rennes and Dinard airport approximately 1 hour away.

Most days there is a local market in one of the towns.
