Notes:
Notes on accommodation: The property is heated by a Swedish ground source heat pump with underfloor heating throughout and it is insulated to a very high standard. It is therefore extremely cosy. Most of the lighting is LED. We therefore believe the barn is virtually carbon neutral. For guests in winter who want an open fire to curl up in front of, the Jetmaster fire, and a bag of logs, are waiting. The master bedroom is on the ground floor therefore suitable for all ages and mobilities. The mezzanine bedrooms have a balcony view of the open plan living area thereby retaining the totally open feel of the barn. Privacy curtains in the glass balcony bedroom can be drawn at night so that it is not possible to see from one bedroom to the other. The barn is only suitable for babes in arms and children over the age of 5. It is not toddler safe! We regret no pets allowed. Outside: Double doors on the ground floor open out onto the newly planted private walled garden with a large open bay flint barn along one side suitable for games or dining. There is also a lawn and terraced area with a Weber gas barbecue and firepit, garden tables and chairs, umbrellas and sun loungers. Utility Room: Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer available, clothes airer. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All bed linen, towels, face cloths, hand towels, tea towels, oven gloves and basic cleaning materials are provided. Additional cleaning and linen change can be arranged for longer stays. Other: Entrance Hall with Coat and Boot area
