We love travelling to the Algarve and bought this property as our own second home in the sunshine, with family who already have property on the complex. We are proud to boast a luxury home from home experience, only better weather! We work closely with a professional yet friendly management team, with many year's experience living in the Algarve and who are invaluable in looking after the property and ensure that we, and our guests, enjoy their stay and feel looked after. We have also forged great relationships with local shops and restaurateurs and can recommend lots of lovely places to eat, just ask when booking, we will be happy to provide you with literature on all local interests such as water parks, day trips and beaches.

Very spacious ,great location.

The apartment was stunning,right next to the pool,the location was perfect, we stayed for 2 weeks didnt want to leave,all the information about the apartment was accurate.The gardens around the pool and apartments was well cared for with security man who was very friendly making his rounds each evening made the complex very secure.We have already booked for next year .Also Andrew was very nice and easy to talk to if you had any worries.

Great Holiday

The apartment was stunning. Photos didn't do it justice, the place was so much bigger and finished to a very high standard.

It was great to walk out and straight into the pool. The kids loved it, no going up and down lifts carrying towels and inflatables etc.

Andrew was very helpful and was always at the end of the phone. All in all we had a great holiday. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Also the taxi company Andrew recommended (yellow fish) were very good. My wife left her cardigan in the cab and the driver drove back with it.

Fab family hols - home from home!

A fantastic apartment. Has everything you need for a home from home experience. The apartment was really spacious and well maintained. Everything was in good working condition. Andy couldn't have been more helpful in the run up to our break.

The location is spot on. Nice terrace to sit if you don't want to group around the pool. Pool area never had an issue securing a sunbed. So close, nice to pop back in to grab a drink! Close to restaurants and bars.

Would recommend and may even stay there again!

We have been travelling to the Algarve for over 15 years and although we still enjoy visited other countries we always look forward to returning to Portugal. We bought this apartment in 2006 from new and have been letting since 2008. The reason we chose Parque da Corcovada and Albufeira was for its central location within the Algarve plus the apartments are perfectly positioned in Albufeira and within easy walking distance to all amenities. The ground floor location was chosen for their ease of access and especially suited to small families. A large south facing terrace with no small balconies. Terraces are fully equipped with their own sun beds, loungers, parasols and patio table and chairs. They also have the added advantage of small well maintained gardens.

Slides for every taste, slow slides for children, and they can be accompanied by an adult, fast slides for whom enjoys pure adrenaline, just a world of emotions. New attractions include the Wax Museum, the Dragons and Heroes, Exotic Birds and Birds of Prey in Tropical Gardens. On the EN396 near Quarteira.

Coast/Beach:

Albufeira boosts 23 stunning white-sandy beaches surrounded by miles of beautiful red stone cliffs and rugged coves. The nearest beach to Corcovada is Praia de Santa Eulalia or Praia da Oura, which are a 15 - 20 minute stroll from the apartment, but if you prefer there is a bus stop at the complex, the bus will take you to within a 5 min walk of the beach at Praia da Oura. The same bus will also take you to Fisherman's beach at the old town which is close to lots of shops and bars.

Travel:

Faro is the nearest international airport which is 40 minutes drive away. Airport pick-up can be arranged on request.

Distances:

From Albufeira, Faro 40km, Lagos 45km, Portimao 35km, Tavira 60km, Vilamoura 22km and Lisbon 256km.

Parque da Corcovada is situated in the quiet residential area of Montechoro, just off the main street of Albufeira, in close proximity of The Strip, restaurants, nightclubs and bars, Bullring, supermarkets, shops and internet café’s.

The tourist train to Oura Beach, the Old Town and Fisherman’s Beach runs every 20 minutes.

Just 30 minutes drive from Faro Airport.

When staying at our property you will benefit from a private complex with no club reps or distractions just luxurious accommodation in a quiet and well managed condominium. The complex has its own security, cleaning and gardening team and secure access. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you will need for a safe and relaxing holiday. Sun beds plus loungers, parasols, beach/pool toys for small children, DVD player with a collection of DVDs, a Nintendo Gamecube and a selection of books. By far the most visited area in Albufeira is 'the strip' this street has lots of bars and restaurants, is only a 5 mins walk.
