Beatrix Potters House at Hill Top in Near Sawrey is 2 miles by bus, car or walk. Go Ape at the Grizedale Visitor Centre is a 2 mile journey by bus, car or track through Grizedale Forest, where they also do Mountain Bike Hire.
Coniston Boating Centre is a 4 mile journey by car, bus where you can hire anything from sailing, rowing, or motor boats to cayaks and canoes.

We require a £50.00 deposit to make a booking which can be made by credit or debit card or you can pay by cheque. Holiday balances are to be paid 4 weeks prior to arrival.
Changeover Day is a Saturday. We ask that departing customers are to leave before 10am and arriving customers to not to arrive before 3pm.

- Notes on accommodation: Entrance up a few steps in to the apartment. Large open plan L-shaped lounge/kitchen/dining room (TV with freeview, DVD, modern wall mounted electric fire) with large bay window looking out on to the shared garden. Modern fully equipped kitchen with washer and dryer in separate shared utility. There are two bedrooms; one with king size bed and one with twin beds which can be made up as a superking if required please state on booking. Separate shower room with basin and wc. Outside: Large shared garden with tables and chairs. A large private car park with room to accommodate boats etc should you wish (please advise on booking).
