This privately owned 3 bed apartment, front line has fantastic sea views and its own small private garden and terrace, it has 2 levels. It is in a great location next to Ferrera Beach and minutes walk to the local shops, bars, restaurants and banks. It has a shared pool overlooking the sea and private sea swimming platforms. There is a local train to take you around Cala D'or and the many beautiful coves and a fantastic marina.

Fantastic holiday in this fantastic apartment!

I stayed here with my family: husband and two sons aged 18 and 8 for 2 weeks in August this year (2016). We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at the apartment, the photos don't really do it justice, it's bigger than I imagined it to be and we loved the layout with its 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs and living room, dining area and kitchen downstairs leading to a lovely little garden. The main bedroom (which was large) had huge windows looking out to the most amazing views straight out to the sea, and a decent size balcony as a bonus!

The apartment led out to a path which ran along the apartment block towards the swimming pool and down to the rocks and sunbathing platforms which then led directly into the sea via vertical ladders. The sea was crystal clear, calm and the loveliest blues and greens. We spent most of our holiday here just chilling out, sunbathing, snorkelling and paddle boarding (we brought our own from the UK and it was the perfect spot for them...).

The small Ferrera beach is only a few minutes walk away from the apartment. And Esmerelda beach only a few minutes the opposite way.

We also hired a car for 5 days and travelled around a lot of the island.

We loved Cala Ferrera and the apartment was perfect for our wishes. We would definitely stay again and would highly recommend.

Charter boats can be booked on request at the local Cala D'or Marina.


There are seven sandy coves in Cala D'or and these are all walking distance. Cala Ferrera is next to the apartment and only 2mins walk away. There is a snack bar on the beach and sunbed hire.


Palma is the airport of Mallorca, and Cala D'or is 45mins drive. A car is not essential and private transfers can be arranged.

There are several water parks on the Island and the closest is 30mins drive away in Arenal. There are local markets in the nearby towns. Local buses take you to all these activities. There is a tourist information office to advise you on all excursions.


The nearby towns of Santanyi and Felanitx have weekly markets and definitely worth a trip for a bargain! Local buses and taxis are available to these destinations.

Further Details:

This apartment is ideally located next to Ferrera Beach and within walking to local shops, bars, restaurants and kiddies play area.
