This spacious apartment is approximately one minute walking distance (50M) from Levante beach, making it an ideal location for your holiday in Benidorm. The balcony offers a sea view and there is a communal roof terrace. Situated in the desirable Rincon-De-Loix area, everything you need is right on your doorstep, including a supermarket, sea front bars, restaurants and local shops. If you want to experience Benidorms famous nightlife this is all within easy walking distance. The centralised location means that you don't need a car, however local buses and taxis are easy to come by if you want to visit attractions such as Terra Mitica, Terra Natura Animal Park or Acqualandia which are all nearby. There are 2 good sized bedrooms, a well fitted bathroom, large open plan lounge and a fully equipped kitchen. Heaters are in the apartment meaning you can enjoy your stay in both summer ands winter months.

Thank you to all involve in our stay it was brilliant! Location, cleanliness, price & service received through the web site for the booking and payment system, keys sent through the post as well........ brilliant would thoroughly recommend to anyone!

a little gem

This was a very good basic apartment in a great location.Apartment was in a residential block so was very quiet. A small supermarket next door and all the fast food restaurants at the bottom of the street. The Benikaktus Hotel was next door and was very convenient for reasonably priced drinks and food, not to mention the free WIfi..We had a small problem which Sarah rectified immediately. We are pensioners and we felt very secure here.This would be an excellent location for any age group but would be very appealing to a young family due to the excellent location.

Booking Notes:
Booking can be made by transfer of funds to a UK bank account. A 25% deposit will secure your booking, (or 75 Euros per week, if 25% of total is not reached. Your deposit is not refundable. The balance of your stay is then paid 4 weeks before your arrival date.

Changeover Day:
You are required to vacate the property by 10AM and new arrivals are permitted after 15:00.

Please note that during peak season, i.e. August, we only accept bookings from Saturday-Saturday.

29th Mar 14- 30 May 14 720 Euros per 4 weeks.

Additional 45 Euro supplement per week for bookings made over Christmas and New Year.

50% booking deposit required - No dates are secured until booking payment is made. Balance due prior to 14 days of arrival - We will not chase final payments and if you do not pay before this date, we reserve the right to re-let the apartment and you deposit is not refunded.
