With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a good sized kitchen, and air conditioning throughout, the villa is decorated in a charming, traditional style and is surrounded by a private garden. The private pool is close to the shaded dining terrace so the whole family can relax and enjoy the lovely views.

Notes on accommodation: Casa Pescador is a comfortable holiday villa with an interesting layout which offers spacious living accommodation and ample outdoor space. A gated entrance leads to a walled, secure garden and up a flight of steps to the front door opens straight into the spacious open plan lounge. Double doors open into the dining area and through to the large kitchen at the rear. The lounge has views out to sea and also has a wonderful terrace accessed through large patio doors. The dining area has a large table where 6 people can eat comfortably. There is also a table in the bright, modern kitchen. There is a bathroom situated close to the pool access door. Upstairs, the main bedroom is to the front of the property and has a south facing terrace and an en suite shower room. Two further bedrooms, both doubles, and a large bathroom complete the accommodation on this level.The large bedrooms have shutters at the windows which helps to keep the rooms cool during the hotter months of the year. Outside: The property has many terraces offering both shade and somewhere to enjoy the Spanish sun. The 6x4m pool sits in its own large terrace There are plenty of seating areas and loungers to relax and enjoy the amazing views. The garden is mainly gravelled and surrounds the villa. There is a garage which can also be used by guests. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All linen and towels are supplied. Including pool towels Other: Separate Dining area between kitchen and lounge. Dining area seats six.

Malaga airport is less than an hour's drive away. Due to the hillside location of the villa, a car is essential.

Salobrena is an unspoilt town with a real Spanish feel to it, surrounding the ancient castle. There are several banks, and plenty of restaurants, authentic Spanish bars and enough shops to fulfil all of your shopping needs. Nearby Almunecar has regular markets and more choices for shopping and eating out, La Herradura harbour is a lovely place to go for an evening meal and Nerja has underground caves that are well worth seeing. The city of Granada with the historic Alhambra Palace is only 45 minutes away. Whilst in the area, it's worth visiting the small mountain villages of the Alpujarras.

Booking Notes:
Deposit of 50% on booking, by bank transfer or with a credit card via Paypal. Remainder to be paid one month before arrival.
A deposit of 200 Euros to cover possible damage on arrival and returned on the day of departure after inspection.
Cancellations will be reimbursed as follows:
More than a month prior - in full with deductions for costs incurred
A month prior - 50% of total money deposited
Three weeks prior - 25% of total money deposited
Two weeks or less prior - No reimbursement.

Changeover Day:
Saturday preferred but we will do our best to accommodate other days, please ask for details. Arrival time is 4pm, departure is 10am, but this can be flexible in quieter periods - please check on booking.
