Small attractive villa with character, with views of the sea, fully renovated (2012), situated in a private domain with own access. Perfect location for the F1 Monaco Grand Prix (within walking distance), Monte-Carlo tennis (5 minute walk to stadium, No 6 Monaco bus to Grimaldi Forum to catch courtesy bus - no hassle with parking!), Monte-Carlo boat show (walking distance), Monte Carlo Circus Festival and many other events taking place in Monaco. Lovely Hideaway without being hidden away!

Your own entrance leads into a really sweet little garden - but look to your right, and you see citrus trees below you and a wonderful view of the Mediterranean. Sit at the little kitchen table and gaze at the sea... open the bedroom windows - and there is the sea almost under your nose. The house is very comfortable and beautifully equipped. The ability to walk into Monaco during peak events (such as the Grand Prix and so on) is marvellous. Altogether, a wonderful place to stay.

Very cozy

To my utter surprise, the house is much better than the photos show. Me and my girlfriend felt really "at home" there. It was our HQ while we made quick trips around the Côte D´Azur.

We went to Éze, Cannes, Saint Tropez, Cap de Antibes and also to Portofino, in Italy, and in the end of the day we went back to "our" house, as a legitimate owners. Clean, well situated (beautiful view)

and well supplied. What else we need?

Hervorragende Lage

Wir waren schon zweimal im Januar 2015 und 2016 in der Villa Philibert.

Das Haus war sauber, und die Ausstattung gut und ordentlich.

Die Lage, sowie der Ausblick sind hervorragend.

Die Vermietterin war sehr nett, und außerordentlich hilfsbereit.

Ein kleiner Nachteil ist vielleicht, dass das Haus nur über eine Treppe mit

40 Stufen zu erreichen ist, aber nach kurzer Zeit, hatten wir uns daran gewöhnt.

Ansonsten war alles so, wie in den Informationen beschrieben.

Wir möchten gerne 2017 wieder hinfahren.

Further Details:

Cap d'Ail village is a 2 minute drive (10-15 minute walk up hill), has two banks, hairdresser, chemist, flower shop, supermarket, post office, petrol station, two bakeries, shopping facilities, bars and restaurants. There is also Cap d'Ail (lower end, near the Monaco frontier, which is a 5 minute walk down hill) which has a chemist, small supermarket, bars and restaurants. Cap d'Ail Port is a 5 minute walk with hotel, restaurants etc. Monaco is a 10 minute walk to the Sports stadium with bus stop and 16 minute walk to the main port.

Booking Notes:
A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required upon booking and the balance of the rent together with the security deposit of Euros 150 is payable not less than 8 weeks before the start of the rental period. If the the payment is not received by the due date the owner reserves the right to give notice, in writing, that the reservation is cancelled.

Changeover Day:
Changeover day can be flexible by arrangement. The rental period shall commence at 16h00 on the first day and finish at 10h00 on the last day. Times to be arranged for short breaks (minimum of 4 days).

Notes on prices:
Special rates will apply during Circus Festival (during January), Easter, Monte-Carlo Tennis ( during April) and F1 Monaco Grand Prix, Historic Grand Prix & E Grand Prix (during May), Monte-Carlo Yacht Show (during September), Christmas and New Year. For further information on these dates, please contact the owner directly.

A deposit of 25% of the rental fee is required to secure the booking. The balance of the rent, together with the breakages deposit of €150, is payable not less than 8 weeks before the start of the rental period. Reservations within 8 weeks of the start of the rental period require full payment at the time of booking.
