perfectly formed small cottage

We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived to this cottage. Charming on the outside and big enough for our small family,

It had all that we needed in the kitchen to cater for our 2 year old in particular.

Spacious enough and very clean.

The owners, just next door to us, were very nice and happy to help.

Overall, a very nice stay in North Devon albeit too short.....

Superb Accommodation

Stunning cottage in a superb location, close to all the beautiful North Devon beaches and Barnstaple Town. It has to be THE cleanest holiday accommodation I have EVER stayed in. Owner and family, very helpful and informative. We all had a wonderful long weekend and look forward to visiting again.

A lovely,clean and comfortable base for exploring North Devon.Location very peaceful,but within easy reach of Barnstaple/Bideford and the beautiful beaches of Saunton Sands and Croyde Bay.Very efficient service from owner when booking.Can't wait to visit again.

Absolutely Fantastic!

This cottage is beautiful and very well designed. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could need. Spacious outdoor area with lovely views.

We tried to think if there was anything which could improve it and we couldn't!

Friendly owner and ideally located for visiting places such as Croyde, Lynton & Lynmouth, Saunton and Woolacombe.

We would definitely stay here again.

Fridays. Arrival after 3pm, departure by 10am. We can always be flexible with times and dates, out of the peak 6 week school holidays. (Long weekends, mid week breaks and Saturday arrivals).
