About Victoria Torris

I am an English lady. I have lived here in the resort for ten years with my daughter. We are always here to help or give advice ( more so during the day! unless a big problem not to keen on phone calls at 2am!) If you need car, bike hire we can arrange it. Also if arriving late we can arrange for you to have the basics waiting for you in the apartment, water, tea etc. We pride ourselves on giving a personal service and as we live in the resort we are always close by.

Spacious, clean, well equipped, excellent location

We had a very pleasant stay and Victoria couldn't have been more helpful. We were a couple on our own so didn't really need the space (second double room, and room with bunk beds, but chose the apartment as previous people said it was quiet, which it was most of the time, though there could be noise if you had people staying in the top flat. There was some noise from building work further along the street in the morning. The appartment is extremely well located within short walk of sea front, pine walk, bus stops to other parts of Mallorca, and very near the path to Boquer valley, great for bird watching.

Beautiful apartment with everything you need

We loved our stay in this delightful apartment. Quite apart from it's lovely, homely feel, it has everything you could need for a perfect holiday. Stylishly furnished, with a fully equipped kitchen and great TV and WIFI are a welcome bonus! The apartment is perfectly placed to walk to the beach, bars, restaurants and supermarkets, but is situated in a quiet, peaceful residential area with wonderful mountain views. The owner Victoria, dealt with our booking professionally and efficiently and was on hand locally if we needed advice. We are already looking forward to returning in the future. Super spacious apartment

Probably the brightest, cleanest, most comfortable, best equipped and tastefully furnished apartment we have ever stayed in in Puerto Pollensa or elsewhere. Location is quiet but near to our favourite beach and many good restaurants. Very convenient also for the walk to Cala Boquer. Top class!

Lovely apartment

Stayed here in July 2014. Very nice and clean apartment. Has everything that we needed. Air conditioning was excellent. Had a couple of minor issues which were sorted by Victoria quickly - the advantage of having the owner living in the resort.

In a very quiet area but only 5 minutes to the restaurants and beach. Would highly recommend this apartment.
