Well equipped and very close to amenities

Fifth floor property with two lifts. Just able to see the sea. Peaceful area even though there is a children's play area. Stepping out of front door there are convience

A great studio would definitely use again.

The studio was very clean and had all the things need for a pleasant stay.Was also in a great location with many bars,restaurants and a big supermarket a few minutes away. Taxi rank just across the The beach front is a 15 minute stroll away. So all in all it was a great weeks stay.

Fantastic value for money. Will be booking again.

This property is more than we thought it was going to be. During our stay we remained amazed at the cheap price of this appartment and how lovely it was.

The location is ideal as it is close to everything and literally a 15 minute walk to the beach front (A bit uphill but no problem for us).

The appt is very spacious and feels much bigger than it is, I feel not having a balcony and instead having great Windows adds to this.

The kitchen was fantastic with everything we needed provided, even things such as ashtrays. A kettle, toaster, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, cutlery, pots, pans, cups, glasses, plates etc were all provided for us.

There is a to with a large selection of DVDs which was great on the nights we wanted to chill out and relax.

Beach towels, spare pillows, blankets, a heater, a fan, umbrellas and a hair dryer were also provided as well as bath towels and hand towels.

The appt was spotless and very comfortable. The bathroom was also spotless and the shower was clean and powerful and the toilet was good and quiet after flushing.

A washing machine is also in the appt which we thought was fantastic (especially after a long day at the chicken park).

I feel the owner really understands the needs of their guests and we did not need anything once we arrived that wasn't already provided for us.

We were met at the property by Sammy the property manager, who was more than helpful and offered us continuous help if we were to need it at any point during our stay.

We will be recommending this appt to our friends and family and will for certain be booking it again.

Just to add, the owner made great effort in communications and was not pushy at all. Any queries I had before our holiday were swiftly dealt with in a professional manner.

I am more than satisfied with this booking. 10/10 and amazing value for money.

Excellent value

The studio is very clean and tidy with a great amount of storage space

Sofa bed that is a tad tricky to work but great communication with the owners means instructions are now being left in the studio.

Great location near plenty of bars and restaurants and around a 20 minute walk down to the front. It is also on the route of the main 121 bus which goes along the front and up into the lovely Mijas.

I advised the owner that an addition of a chair would make it more comfortable, especially when 2 of you are sharing the studio but not rising at the same times.

Owners customer service is excellent and I have no doubt the advise will be acted upon.

I would very much recommend the studio as great value for money.

Arroyo de la Miel centre including the train station is a 10 minute walk away. The apartment is located in the centre of Benalmadena Costa close to Bonanza & Ibensa square.
