Our beautiful villa has 4 Double Bedrooms, and can accommodate up to 9 people. It is set in a peaceful countryside setting but very accessible back to the local villages and towns. The closest Almoradi is a large typical Spanish town with the best Saturday street market around. Drive in the opposite direction 5 mins to Rojales, Quesada w/c hosts a large selection of European bars & restaurants, Plenty to suit everyone’s taste. 2 Golf courses within 5 Min. drive and plenty more within 20min radius. The villa is entered via electric wrought iron gates & can park up to 3 cars. Most of the accommodation is on the ground floor with a marble staircase leading up to the first floor which hosts a large master bedroom with large en-suite and 60m2 roof terrace. Outside the beautiful extensive grounds incorporate 10x5 pool with lights, built bbq house, large lawned area, mature trees & shrubs. Outside shower & room with extra toilet & washing machine. Large covered terrace for al fresco dining.

My husband Andy is a builder & my stepson James also and a lot of work has gone into building this beautiful house. We moved here 10 years ago and my twin daughters were only 7 at the time. We have loved living here and have decided to rent out to holidaymakers during the summer months. We are nearby and able to help you with any queries you may have or advice on local attractions. We purchased this plot of land with an old ruin with permission to knock down and start again.

It was such a peaceful location but with ease of access to all amenities within 5 mins. We come from living in a villa on an urbanisation 5 mins away to building our own home here in Almoradi. We absolutely love it, and Im sure anyone that stays here will feel the same.

Spotlessly clean, private, fully equipped, perfect

We needed a relaxing break, and that's exactly what we got. The property is completely private, quite often you could hear nothing, which suited us perfectly. Shops and bars etc. were a short drive away, but we were familiar with the area anyway, so not a problem. We found this property through Owners direct, but we will certainly be back and have already recommended it to others. We didn't get to meet Wendy but we had a very warm welcome from her Husband and son, but then we were left alone.

A lovely, chilled out holiday

As a group of 4 adults and 2 teenagers, we found the villa to be exactly what we were looking for.

It was spotlessly clean, had everything you could imagine you'd need and has lots of separate areas if you wanted a quiet spot alone to read.

The books & dvds were plentiful. There was lots for the kids to do, they loved the dart board and pool. I have given it a 4 star rating only because of the proximity to amenities. Shops, bars and supermarkets were quite close but you do need a car. We often like to walk into town but the main roads made it too risky, especially at night.

Thank you to Wendy for being helpful and accommodating. Also knowing that you were not far away gave us peace of mind just incase we needed anything.

Thanks again, we will hopefully be booking again soon.

Stunning property which was everything you could wish for and more! The outside especially was excellent. Owners were very helpful. The only downside to the property is not having air conditioning in the bedrooms.

Beautiful property, incredibly relaxing and enjoyable for us all!

Stayed with 7 friends for a week and it was fantastic. Wendy was a lovely host and incredibly helpful. The villa is very well laid out, clean, tidy and spacious and had everything we could have asked for to entertain ourselves- books, DVDs, games and toys for the pool! We really loved staying and wish it could have been for longer. Pool area was very clean, fab for relaxing in the sun all day. Being away from other houses meant it was nice and peaceful and we didn't disturb anyone with music etc

Upstairs balcony was an added bonus to watch the sunrise. A definite must for anyone staying!

Lots of nice markets on different days within a short drive from the villa, beaches not too far either.

Overall we had an amazing week. Can't wait to come back again sometime!

Excellent villa, home from home

A really well thought out villa. The pool area has everything you need including a fridge, loo, games, inflatables, BBQ, covered terrace, and the inside space is airy and comfortable.

The kitchen is very well stocked (first time we've had sharp knives to use for cooking on our travels!) and there are plenty of seating areas for dining inside and out. The aircon in the kitchen filters around the ground floor keeping it cool.

Wendy was very helpful before and during our stay, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend this villa to friends. The villa is in a fairly isolated spot so there is no-one to disturb with music or chatter, but its a short driving distance to civilisation, beaches, markets and restaurants.

Nearest Airport : Alicante Airport L'Altet at 38 Kilometres Nearest Barpub : Cruzcampo at 1 Kilometres Nearest Ferry : Santa Pola Port at 28 Kilometres Nearest Golf : La Marquesa Golf at 7 Kilometres Nearest Train : Albatera-Catral / San Isidro at 12.2 Kilometres Nearest Restaurant : Rincón de Cesar at 1 Kilometres Nearest Beach : Playa de Guardamar at 12.5 Kilometres Car: recommended


We are 7Kms away from the beautiful sandy beaches of Guardamar which boasts Costa Blancas best preserved dune park which only takes 10mins by car. Guardamar town is perfect for taking an evening stroll, watching the world go by in one of the street cafes, with the nightly market, small fairground and beautiful park with large lake, there is something for everyone. Another 5 Mins takes you to the sandy beaches of La Marina which are surrounded by pine forests, always popular with families.


We are equal distance from Alicante or Murcia (San Javier) Airports.

Both take 30 Mins by car.

It is recommended to get the most out of your holiday to hire a car.

Airport transfers can be arranged if you would prefer to hire the car locally for which we can recommend car hire companies.


We are situated 1km from the nearest town of Almoradi. This is a large thriving Spanish town with a highly popular Saturday market. The town of Torrevieja is 20mins drive with 2 large shopping complexes, harbour, beaches and summer fair. Elche, the palm city the 2nd largest city in the Costa Blanca, is 20mins drive. A lovely place to visit, especially the firework night in August.

It has a safari park which is popular with the children. Benidorm is 1 hour by car.

Further Details:

There are plenty of shops and supermarkets within a 5 min drive. Because we are very centrally located each direction has shops & bars & restaurants.

The local cosmopolitan town of Quesada, has banks, restaurants, chemists, newsagents where many speak English.

If you fancy a day out with the kids the theme park in Benidorm is a great day out.

Terra Mitica is the only theme park within Valencia, and it is a very enjoyable day out, with the great climate, sun shining and the views over Benidorm.

There are also great water parks locally. In Quesada there is a small park, great for the younger users. Torrevieja has a larger water park more suitable for older teenagers. Also a great place to visit is Casa Pedrera, featured on the Channel 4 programme Grand Designs, here you can do all sorts of outside activities, horse riding, quad bikes sailing, canoeing on the large reservoir. The views from the 2 tier pool which you can you use are breathtaking. You can relax by the pool, refreshments are on hand while the more adventurous keep busy! There are many nature reserves if you like to observe the wildlife. El Hondo in Elche is the temporary resting and nesting place for migratory birds and often the pink flamingos can be spotted driving through the coast road from the airport.

If golfing is what you enjoy there are a enviable amount of courses, enjoying of course a wonderful climate with many great facilities on offer.

In short we are surrounded by peace & quiet amongst the orange groves but have an abundance of choice within a short drive.

  • Notes on accommodation: 4 Bedroom villa is ideal for families or friends sharing. The property is entered via 3 steps to main house. Most accommodation is on ground floor. No smoking in house please. Outside: Spacious outside south facing terraces surround 10x5 pool with Roman steps. The back terrace has far reaching views across to the mountains, truly beautiful at sunset. There is a newly built BBQ house with seating for 8, includes electric and sink. There is an outside pump room which has extra fridge for your use, great for keeping the drinks cold around the pool! Plenty of inflatables are stored here for you to use. Play a game of table tennis, or darts or use the basketball net on the lawned area. You can play your music outside as you have no neighbours to upset. Totally private, plenty of wildlife to see, surrounded by orange and lemon orchards. You enter the property via remote controlled wrought iron gates, and the plot is totally walled/fenced. There is a washing machine in a utility room outside and a washing line to the side of the property. The garden has many large trees, palms and shrubs and is very tranquil. The pool is cleaned twice a week, to keep the water sparkling! Utility Room: Room under stairs houses ironing board & iron. Mop & Bucket. Broom & Dustpan. Plenty of storage space, cool box. Outside utility area houses washing machine, toilet. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All towels & linen are provided. Linen will be changed weekly. Use of beach towels included.
