About the Owner
Barton and Leonie Walsh from Sydney Australia decided to purchase a villa in Koh Samui Thailand after extensive travel throughout SE Asia found them in Koh Samui. After numerous visits to the island, they decided to invest in the villa and continue to travel there several times a year,their home away from home. Koh Samui was chosen for its relaxed pace, great people and fantastic food and shopping.

We purchased the property due to the location and the close proximity to the beautiful Choeng Mon beach.
Shops and great restaurants are never far away and the value is amazing. We have holidayed many times on Koh Samui and have found Choeng Mon the best. The people are incredibly freindly and if you can tear yourself away from the total relaxation of your tranquil private paradise, the white sands of Choeng Mon Beach and views are breathtaking!
