About the property

Villa in Nerja, Costa del Sol, Spain - Very Private And South Facing. Restaurants and a supermarket within 10 minutes walk from villa.

Fantastic views to Nerja down to the sea from the superb large terrace with its own private swimming pool. Property south faces so it The property is large and is divided over two levels with the main house being accessed from the upper street level and the self-contained apartment being accessed from within the property’s walled garden or from the lower street level. This dual access configuration makes the property ideal for two groups. Secure gates from both street levels lead into a beautiful walled garden which surrounds the villa and contains an abundance of plants and large orange and lemon trees. The garden, terrace and pool area are maintained to a high standard. The main house has a large lounge with a log burning stove and comfortable seating for six people; a study area with a desk and a well-stocked library; a separate dining room with a large table and six chairs for indoor dining; and a newly renovated modern kitchen with all new appliances.

A wonderfully well-equipped villa with plenty of space inside and out and with magnificent views. We have been to Nerja many times and this is our favourite villa. We appreciate having good wifi, separate dining area and a large lounge and the outside space is terrific. The garden was beautifully maintained while we were there and Cecilia as ever was her efficient friendly self! The log burner in the lounge was inadequate for the size of the lounge but other, electric heating in the villa worked well.

We have already booked for next year!

Excellent villa

We arrived at the villa to be met by the cleaners who had just finishing off getting ready for our stay. They showed us around the villa. It was just as the web site had mentioned brilliant! Very clean and had all the mod cons' even down to salt and pepper. The pool was cleaned twice a week and used every day.

Wonderful Stay

Lovely and comfortable villa. Felt like home from home. Cecilia who looks after it gets 5 stars also. We intend to revisit in 2015 as we are already organised for 2014. No hesitation in recommending.

Try restaurant El Avalon in Punta Lara. Great views from the terrace and food to match. Restaurant Number 34 in town was good for lunch and people watching. Dinner was nice in the main restaurant too with sea views. As we were in Nerja at beginning of October some of the restaurants/cafes were closed but still plenty about. Local holiday and festival while there with people dressed up in national costume with large fair and street procession.

Nearest large supermarket within 10 minutes walk from villa and restaurant within five minutes walk. Local tennis club and indoor pool within 15 minutes walk. The villa is situated in a very quiet residential area above Capistrano village and less than 25 minutes’ walk from Nerja´s town centre. There are restaurants and a well-stocked supermarket within 10 minutes’ walk of the villa. The town centre and beaches are less than a five minutes’ drive away and there are shuttle bus stops throughout the urbanisation. Parking for one vehicle is available outside the property’s main entrance gate, which is clearly marked.

Long term rental 1000 pounds per month excluding electricity. This is from November until March.

Outside: Sun beds for six guests, table and six chairs in terrace, patio furniture as well around private pool with extra seating areas. Utility Room: Washing machine and another fridge freezer. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Bed linen, towels and beach towels provided, initial and end clean included. For two week rental one extra cleaning is done in between weeks as well as changing of bed linen and towels.
