One bedroom ground floor apartment recently refurbished throughout on a small well maintained complex. Furnished private terrace for alfresco dining a few steps from the pool. The apartment has open plan living/dining area with fitted kitchen including fridge/freezer, hob, mini oven and microwave oven. The comfortable lounge has a 32" flat screen TV offering English speaking channels, DVD Player and DVDs. Wi-Fi is available on the complex at a charge. The apartment also has a washing machine, iron and board and 2000w hairdryer for your use. Beach towels and sunbed mats are also provided.

About the Owner
I had my first holiday in Lanzarote several years ago. My family and I usually went to the Greek Islands but if you want a holiday in the sun outwith April - October they are not suitable - you have to travel further afield. I had 3 holidays in March in Lanzarote and it was on the last one that the idea of buying a holiday home here first came to me. I had been to two of the other Canary Islands but something about Lanzarote appealed to me. I liked the size of the island, no high rise buildings (except 1) and I felt safe when I was out on my own. But most importantly, the weather. You can holiday here any month of the year and its going to be sunny. I chose my apartment very carefully after many visits and after having it to myself since its refurbishment, it is now time to share.

We stayed in this apartment for 12 days, the location is fab the complex very quiet and relaxing and only a short walk to all shops bars & restaurants. Would stay here again definitely.
We stayed in Evelyn's lovely one bedroomed apartment for one week in January. It is a lovely, clean, nicely furnished apartment with a smashing terrace overlooking the pool which is a real suntrap. This apartment is ideally situated with supermarkets a two minute walk away and just a five minute walk down to the front where you will find restaurants, shops and bus stops and of course the beach. The beauty of the location of this apartment is that a car is not a necessity. The owner, Evelyn was extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with. We had a fantastic holiday.
Lovely 1 bedroom apartment with everything you need to have a comfortable holiday. Nice terrace to have a cuppa and pool within a few steps of the apartment.
Complex is clean and private with key entry gate, the beach is a nice 5 min walk bringing you to the heart of Puerto Del Carmens shops and restaurants...Perfect!... with a local Spar near to the apartment for fresh bread and cakes.

“I have stayed in two other resorts on the island but I chose Puerto del Carmen for its ease of access to everything. Its closeness to the airport. The long long beach - you can either lay your towel down on it or walk along it for miles. There are many places of interest either within walking distance or by local bus including Puerto Calero, Tias, Playa Blanca, Arrecife, Costa Tequise. Although Puerto del Carmen is the busiest resort you can find peace and quiet if you want it. I think I have found it where my apartment is situated.”
Activity and Interests
Puerto del Carmen has 6kms of stunning beaches and coves. A short walk from the complex brings you to the Playa Grande beach where you can hire sunbeds, parasols, pedalos with water sports available. The beach is well maintained and cleaned regularly and is patrolled by life guards.
Arrecife airport is approx. 10 mins. by taxi from the apartment costing around 15 euro. Car hire is not essential as the location of the apartment makes it convenient to get about the island by local bus. Should you choose to hire a car this can be done from the airport or from the many car hire firms in the resort.
Heading south Puerto Calero is within 45 minutes walk (depending on speed) following the coastline or 10 minutes by local bus. It has a newish Marina with a selection of designer and tourist shops. It runs a water bus back to Puerto del Carmen and a Yellow Submarine and Catamaran for trips out to sea. The capital Arrecife is 15 minutes by car, 30 minutes by local bus and is worth a visit. Ten minutes further on the bus will take you to Costa Tequise another popular resort on the island.
This is a non-smoking apartment.
There are two Spar and one Co-op within 2 minutes walk from the apartment which stock freshly made bread and most items you would need for a self-catering holiday. However, for those that like to eat out there are countless restaurants within a few minutes walk. You can access ATMs and banks very easily too and exchange Sterling at the tobacco/alcohol shops on the front giving very competative rates (usually better than the banks).

A £100 non-refundable deposit will be required to secure a booking and can be made by contacting the owner by email or call us. Balance to be paid 8 weeks before arrival. £40 per week additional person staying in the apartment.
Changeover day can be flexible but the apartment must be vacated by 10.00am on day of departure and entry after 12.00. This too may be flexible if the apartment is not being re-occupied the same day.

“The complex is small only 26 apartments with locked gated access, making it secure. There are 5 steps within the complex to the ground level. You have everything you might need within a few minutes of the complex to ensure a great holiday. The Old Town and Harbour are within walking distance as is the Biosfera Shopping centre with a good choice of shops. The apartment is very well equipped so it is easy to relax and "do your own thing" in peace and tranquility. Equally, if you want to liven things up and have a night out, it only takes a few minutes to reach the main Avenida for your choice of entertainment.”
