Apartment in Santa Ana, Es Castell, Menorca, Balearic Islands - Only 100 Mts To The Pretty Inlet Of Padera, And 20 Minutes Drive To The Nearest Beaches

Santa Ana is on the fringe of the small town of Es Castell, and is about 20 minutes drive from the airport. The apartment is accessed from the road side up two easy flights of stairs. (parking outside the building). It has been refurbished in recent years, and has a very spacious and private balcony with table and chairs. The little inlet of Padera is just 100 mts stroll through the pine trees, and good for a morning dip! There is a regular bus service into Mahon and taxis are available. The nearest supermarket is only five minutes walk, and in the town itself a choice of small shops, pharmacy,and banks etc. (Sorry. There is a 'no smoking' policy within the building, and the apartment is not suitable for children under 10 years).

About the Owner

We have had many enjoyable holidays in Menorca and have been property owners for the best part of twenty years, and have just bought this apartment in 2011.Though we have travelled a great deal, we keep returning to this tranquil island, our second home, our first home being in the Wirral (by the sea)!

This location is on the fringe of the town in a residential area which is peaceful, but only a few minutes walk to the bustle of the town and harbour.

many beaches within a short drive of 20 mins. others and also golf course within 1 hour.

Travel:

Distance from airport 20 mins drive.

Car is recommended but not essential.

Distances:

Nearest town 6 mins walk.

Many places of interest between 10 and 50 mins.
