This is a new built (2013) home with another 4-holiday homes sharing a secured parking area with one parking space per house.

The Boat House has much class, with the usual modern amenities. Positioned in the area of Station Avenue within a few minutes walk to sandy beaches and many restaurants.

Hot tub and Bike Hire available at a supplemented cost.

The Isle of Wight is a beautiful island offering many places of interest.known for its quieter pace of life. It is the perfect place to relax and unwind.

There is a lot of history that the island has to offer queen Victoria's summer home and various manors and castles to visit.

One of the most southern parts of England the climate is usually on the sunnier side.

Staying in The Boat house.

This is advertised as a luxury property and it certainly is as stated. My family and I spent a week in the boat house and didn't need to bring a thing with us. The property was spotless when we walked in and the space provided was excellent. We also had a hot tub for a week, which was an added bonus. A short walk to the beach, a fantastic promenade and interesting places to visit nearby. All in all a great place to stay, in luxury, while exploring this wonderful island.

Stayed in the Boat House which is an identical property next door. Lovely House Built recently, all rooms clean and well decorated with good quality furniture, and all the other facilities you could need. Parking really handy as makes things easy. Location is great less than 5 mins from a lovely beach and easy base to explore the rest of the island from. would definatly consider returning if we go back to the island.

The Beach House

We all had a lovely time and really enjoyed the comfort of The beach house enormously..the house is amazing so spacious and is decorated tastefully to such high spec..and spotless inside. The beach house had everything we could possibly need to make our stay an enjoyable one, the welcome package was very much appreciated Thank you for that, the house is ideally located for all amenities, secured parking is a bonus, will definately look forward to returning again in the future, and will be recommending the beach house to our friends and family.
