Considered to be one of the best complexes in Javea, Jardines de Puerto is a securely gated complex set around a large communal pool & jacuzzi. The gardens are lawned & the many trees give ample shade during the summer months. This peaceful location is situated only an 8mins stroll away from the port, with its wonderful promenade lined with an excellent array of bars & restaurants & the pebbled beach of La Grava. Here you can take in the view of the bay, its marina & Cap de Sant Antoni. All amenities are within 1km therefore a car is not essential. There are many championship golf courses within easy reach making this an ideal base for a golfing holiday. The apartment is on ground level & has a large south facing terrace that leads directly onto the communal gardens & pool area. Making it ideal for people with small children & restricted mobility. The outer terrace has covered fencing on 2 sides for privacy whilst sunbathing. The apartment has air con in the lounge & bedroom. Underfloor heating is available throughout the apartment during the winter months.

Notes on accommodation: The pool & gardens are for residents only & the whole complex is securely gated for your comfort. The gardens are peaceful & the trees provide ample shade. Paddle tennis & sauna are available with reservation. The apartment is on the ground floor & near to all amenities so a car is not essential. There is ample car parking areas if you do hire a car. If you are looking for a golfing holiday this is an ideal base to enjoy a few rounds of golf at one of the many championship golf courses all within an hours drive away. A selection of books, games & an ipod docking station are provided for your entertainment. We hope to provide everything you require for a comfortable & relaxing holiday in a wonderful environment. Outside: The gardens are well maintained with lawns, shrubs & trees. The swimming pool, & jacuzzi are a stones throw away from the apartment. A small children’s park with swings & slide is situated inside the complex available for those with small children. Paddle tennis & sauna available with reservation. The covered naya that leads to the open terrace has table & chairs with seating for 4, here you can enjoy dining al fresco. The enclosed terrace has two sunbeds & umbrella for your enjoyment. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: The apartment is cleaned throughout prior to arrival. bed linen, towels & beach towels are included. Bed Linen & Towels are all changed weekly.

Perfect for two people

The apartment is well placed for all Javea Port amenities, within a ten minute walk. The apartment is well equipped, has a gated, private terrace area just a few metres from the pool. The owners, Kay and John, provide a personal touch by being there to meet guests, providing a welcome pack and making themselves available throughout your stay. All in all, good value for money.

Perfect Hosts

We arrived in the early hours of the morning and were met by the lovely Kay & John. They went through everything with us & left us a lovely welcome pack of coffee, tea, crossiants and wine. The location of the apartment and its outdoor area was perfect. Everything was clean and tidy and just as pictures. When we were checking out our son was very sick and John let us follow him to the hospital in the old town to get him checked which we felt was way beyond any customer service you would expect from a holiday rental landlord and I am so pleased we chose this apartment and will be booking in the future!!

Christmas/New Year break

Pre holiday arrangements were handled professionally.

Javea is a laid back, quiet, secure place with an interesting Old Town and some pleasant walks.

The apartment is ideally located, a short stroll to Javea port area for shopping and restaurants. Well equipped, well maintained, has comfortable beds, sunny south eastern facing large patio with winter sunshine most of the day.

Wifi works well and the TVs covers many UK entertainment and sporting channels.

Dealing directly with the owners rather than an agent proved an agreeable experience. The personal service of Kay and John, with their attention to detail all add up to a stress free holiday.

How better to start a holiday than to be met by Kay and John, provided with a comprehensive welcome pack and to be driven through Javea, shown points of interest, the location of shopping areas and restaurants.

The property is highly recommended.

Perfect in all respects

Kay and John were responsive before the holiday and provided ample information. The apartment was spotless and the Welcome Pack was very generous. The apartment was perfecct for us as a couple. It is ideally placed with supermarkets and lots of restaurants and the beach within just 10mins walk.In fact a car is unnecesary as everything is walkable. The apartment itself has everything one needs for a perfect holiday - comfortable beds and seating and an adequate kitchen. The pool is just 10m away and visible from the apartment's terrace (in case you have children), I thoroughly recommend it as a holiday destination.

enjoyable stay

Thanks to john and kay firstly for being so helpful and friendly.Have stayed in lots of apartments in spain and this was far the cleanest apartment we have stayed in it was spotless and had everything you needed loved being near the pool, the pool was great had it to ourselves most of time and the terrace getting sun all day was great. It was also in an excellent location easy walk to port with plenty of places to eat never had a bad meal all holiday. It took a leisurely 30min walk from port to arenel beach plenty of lovely beach bars on the way to call for food or drinks or you can catch the little train which takes you down. Loved javea and loved the apartment would definitely recommend it to anyone thanks again for letting us stay. Les and Joe

Situated on the warm eastern shore of the med, Javea enjoys a world-class climate. The stunning mountain, shaped exactly like a resting elephant (the Montgo) watches over the town.

We are a 5min walk to la Grava pebbled beach & 30min level coastal walk to the sandy blue flagged arenal beach. Both have promenades lined with restaurants bars & shops numerous cove type beaches are within a 4-10km radius. There are excellent snorkelling diving & crystal clear swimming facilities in javea.

Travel:

Javea is easily accessible from two main airports:

Alicante & Valencia. Both approximately 1hr drive (100km). We find Alicante The easier option with immediate access to main roads to Javea.
