This 2 bedroom south facing first floor apartment is well positioned within few minutes walk from the beach. Its located to two fantastic parks with childrens play areas, outside gym,table tennis table, picnic area. basketball court etc. There is a communal pool with sun bathing areas. Lots of outside space with sunny jbalcony, large roof terrace.There is english tv in lounge and main bedroom. All amenities are within walking distance. The apartment is comfortable and well equipped. A real home from home. Unfortunately I can only reply to enquiries in English .THIS PROPERTY NOW HAS WI FI

My name is Anne and my husband is Dave and we have owned this property since year 2000 .We have spent as much time there as possible over the last 12 years and now regard it as our home in Spain. We have lovely neighbours and love everything about our home in Spain. We have just been presented with our first grandchild and cant wait to spend more time there with him and other family members. We hope people enjoy it as much as we do

Everything was great in this apartment. Nice apartment and perfect for us. The location is excellent and everything was very clean and tidy. Transfers arranged and went very smoothly. We especially liked the roof terrace where we spent the majority of our time. Had thoroughly enjoyable week.

We holiday at a friends apartment in this area and found it to be so well positioned we decided to buy a neighbouring property. We love being able to get up in the morning and take a stroll along the nearby beach.

Lovely apartment with great roof terrace and balcony in a quiet area. Pool was never too busy. 30 minute walk along the beautiful coastline to main Torrevieja and fair. Lyn and Paul were lovely to deal with. Booked again for next Summer.

Great family holiday.

From the start,booking this accommodation was so straightforward and hassle-free.Communication with the owner and the owner's rep.,Lyn, was excellent, they helped arrange transport to/from airport and even provided an initial shopping service - thank you both for that.The flat itself was ideal for our party, three adults.All equipment required for a self catering holiday was present and fully usable,in addition there was a washing machine/barbecue/rooftop fridge,etc., The location of the flat was excellent, in a quiet, gated cul-de-sac with a lovely communal pool,less than 2 mins. walk,which we used every morning and never had to share with any other residents.There are a number of local bars/restaurants within 10 mins easy walking,along safe and secure streets.Large,well-stocked supermarket is also 10-15 mins easy walking [the shopping trolley in the flat was well-used during our stay- saved lugging bags in the heat].The flat has a lovely shaded front terrace,ideal for eating breakfast and watching the locals come and go about their daily business.Best of all, is the large, roof top solarium - great for eating in the evening and/or having a few cold drinks.Made use of the sun loungers and the canopied wooden swing bench was ideal for sitting in the shade reading a book or looking out over the local skyline. Torrevieja itself is ideal for families with young or older children.Lots of Spanish families making use of the beaches,nice feel to the whole place.No evidence of any hen/stag parties, nobody hard selling you anything, overall, just a great place to relax and unwind.

Wonderful Holiday!

This apartment is absolutely beautiful and we had an amazing holiday there. Located in a beautifully clean area, close to the sea, and within walking distance of many shops, bars and restaurants. The apartment is lovely with a balcony and a roof terrace with a fabulous swing and great views. The communal pool is lovely and was used by us most days as temperatures were mostly 30 plus! I cannot recommend this holiday home enough. My sister and I had a fantastic week and hopefully will be returning one day soon. 👍👍 x x
