A great apartment handily situated for West Cowes centre. Great for exploring the island and its fantastic beaches! The booking process was easy as were the directions to the apartment from the ferry. The apartment itself was very modern and well-appointed and the free wi-fi was a bonus. All in all we had a great stay and the kids enjoyed it too. Recommended!

We had a great stay at this apartment. It was spacious and was well equipped. We enjoyed watching the boats from the lounge window and found the location very convenient in the centre of Cowes. All the administration for our stay was dealt with very efficiently and I was impressed our deposit was sent back within two days of the end of the stay. I definitely recommend this apartment.



Great apartment, beautifully furnished with everything you could possibly need! Light, very spacious, really comfortable and great views.

Weekend stay 1st October

The appartment was better than we had imagined. Perfect location, excellent facilities, comfortable furnishings. We had a great meal at the local Spanish tapas restaurant on Saturday evening, and on Sunday it was easy to get to Osbourne House by bus. Lovely cafes and pubs in the town, everything you could want on your doorstep! Wish we could have stayed longer, so will certainly be back, and will recommend this property.

Wonderful Stay

This was our third stay in this lovely apartment which is ideally situated and has stunning views over Cowes Harbour. My husband and I could spend hours on the balcony just watching the numerous boats and cruise liners that pass by. As usual Marks organisation of the holiday was excellent and we received a warm welcome from Charlotte. We hope to return to the Isle Of Wight again soon and to this apartment which we would have no hesitation in recommending to others.

Fantastic Apartment, Brilliant Location

4 of us stayed over the Bank Holiday weekend. The apartment is bright, clean and modern, very well equipped and in a wonderful location just a few minutes walk from the centre of Cowes with a range of pubs and restaurants. There was plenty of room for 4 adults

The apartment is on the 1st floor with a lift, which was much appreciated as 2 of us took part in a round the island walk while we were visiting. The balcony looks out across the harbour and you can watch the Red Funnel ferries coming and going. The car park is secure, and you need a key fob to open the gates, both coming in and going out.

We couldn't have asked for more and if we come back to the IOW, we would certainly stay in this apartment again.

Excellent Apartment in great location

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It was just right for us and easy for my 87 year old mum who has mobility problems. It was probably the cleanest and best equipped place we have ever stayed and we have been renting holiday homes for 30 years. The view was always interesting, and we enjoyed watching the boats and activities in the harbour. It is in an ideal location in Cowes with safe, secure parking. I have already been recommending it to friends wishing to stay on the I.O.W. The booking process was easy and very professionally managed. Many thanks for sharing this beautiful place with us.

Great apartment with interesting views

Stayed here for a week with my parents. Was welcomed by Charlotte and shown how things work. The apartment is spacious and has everything you should need. The views of the marina and the ferries coming in & out are spectacular and keep you interested through the day and evening. Download Shipfinder on your phone or tablet and you can then see the cruise ships going past from Southampton. The bedrooms are comfortable. Kitchen is easy to use, there are supermarkets over the island, a small Sainsburys is a 5 min walk away, Aldi is on the edge of town. Nothing is more than 45 mins to drive to from Cowes, so it is a good place to be. There is a lift, so people with mobility problems, this is a good place to stay.

The nearest beach is just a 5 minute drive away, but nowhere on the Isle of Wight is more than a 30 minute drive

Travel:

Ferry services are provided by Wightlink from Portsmouth to Fishbourne (15 minute drive to the apartment) and from Lymington to Yarmouth (then a 20 minute drive) or Red Funnel ferries from Southampton to East Cowes (then a 5 minute drive to the apartment). Nearest airport and railway station are in Southampton, then ferry as above.

Booking Notes:
Once you have made a provisional booking we will then send you a contract which you must sign and return together with 20% of the hire fee as non-refundable deposit. If you are booking within 8 weeks of arrival then the fully rent plus security deposit is payable as below .

The balance must be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival when we will also require a returnable damage deposit of £250 which will be returned once our housekeeper has confirmed that all is well following your departure.

Changeover Day:
In high season changeover day is usually Saturday but we will be flexible if we can. Mid and low season changeover days are negotiable.

Notes on prices:
Short breaks charges are shown as a percentage of the weekly rental. 3 nights 60% : 4 nights 70% : 5 nights 80% : 6 nights 90%. Please see the tariff table for minimum stays.

There is a video phone entry system for added peace of mind. Outside: There is a balcony leading from the living room which has a table and four chairs to enjoy that glass of wine following a hard day's holidaying. There is a reserved car parking space in the secure gated car park. There is also secure bicycle storage. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Quality linen and towels are provided with additional supplies for those staying for 2 weeks or more. The apartment is cleaned before arrival and on departure. Additional cleaning is available on request, at cost.
