2 bedroom apartment in Nerja by the beach and near to everything

A lovely apartment on the top floor of a three storey building at Playazo beach. The apartment has two terraces one facing west, ideal for sitting when you want to be cool , the other south facing and can be accessed from both bedrooms, clear views of the sea and lovely to unwind. There is a lift and handicap access to the building and a large swimming pool and lovely lawn area around the pool. Should this apartment not be available anymore we can offer you two other similar apartments in the same building.

Wonderful Apartment in Nerja, close to the beach.

The apartment was exactly as it looked in the photos, despite the heat outside and the lack of A/C, it was cool and airy due to the sea breeze. For the price paid for our week long stay it was above expectation - a regular home from home.

Bedrooms were fine, we found that leaving the doors and windows open all day (there were no security issues) to allow the breeze to circulate paid dividends and kept the apartment cool. We did feel the need to use the fans at night when the wind dropped, the apartment at no time became stuff. Personally, the lack of A/C was a bonus, none of us developed the A/C cold!

The beach being so close was an added bonus (apart from when trying to find a nearby parking space!), the beach itself was never crowded and benefitted from having a restaurant nearby enough that you could leave your things on the beach and have a decent lunch.

Cooking facilities in the apartment were more than sufficient for our needs and the kitchen was suitably equipped. There are a couple of small supermarkets nearby to cope with everyday needs which also have a good selection of wines, beer and spirits. All of these lend themselves nicely to reclining on the beach facing balcony sipping a glass of something cool and nice whilst watching the sun go down to the sound of waves crashing onto the beach.

Restaurants nearby were inexpensive and reasonable, all were friendly and welcoming. A venture further into Nerja provides a large number of good restaurants, slightly more expensive but not scarily so and well worth a visit, particularly if you enjoy eating on a roof terrace.

All in all, this trip was 10/10 for us, we enjoyed it, my children enjoyed it. As such we cannot recommend this apartment highly enough apart from to say, we would stay here again.

Sea view balcony, behind beach,elegant living room

This apartment is in an ideal location behind the lovely El Chucho beach. Lovely to sit out on the balcony with a glass of wine and see the sea! Really nice living room, all the decor is very tasteful. No air con but once you get the doors open the place cools down very quickly. The apartment complex is beautifully kept also, neat pool area and lovely flowers planted around the place. We would recommend this apartment to family and friends.

Lovely place.

It was our first time in Nerja and it is a great place to visit. The apartment was lovely, very clean and everything was there as promised. We loved sitting on the terrace in the evenings looking over the sea. My husband needed to see a doctor and the lady taking care of the apartment was very helpful. We will certainly be back.

love this apartment very clean and modern and comfortable. Martine the agent for the apartment was so helpful as the weather was so hot she lent us a fan and arranged transfers to and from airport would stay here again soon loved it.

Stunning views

I booked this apt as I was so tempted by the view from the sitting room on the website. I arrived with my Mum and we walked into that room and were not disappointed! As the apt is on the third floor you can leave the windows open day and night without fear of burglary and therefore the lack of aircon is not a problem - sea breeze wonderful. We fell asleep lulled by the waves breaking onto the beach. Both bedrooms are also at the front with a similar view. The pool and surrounding garden is beautifully kept and the communal areas of the building very clean. Kitchen and bathroom fairly dark and unremarkable but we didn't care.I will keep this apartment in mind when getting away to the sun in future.i would be a bit anxious staying here with young children given the height of the apt with balconies.
