Sunny Howe is a haven of peace and tranquillity and is like no other holiday accommodation. The moment you arrive, you relax. Home from home means arriving to a spotlessly clean property. Housekeeping is of the very highest standard. Quality towels and bed linen and beautiful finishing touches are all standard. Hawkshead is a hidden gem. Sunny Howe is in a unique location, peaceful with stunning views, yet close to the village to enjoy the local amenities and four great Lakeland pubs all within a short stroll away. The standard of accommodation is second to none and takes self catering to a whole new level.

Changeover Day:
Friday and Monday changeover days. Weekly, 3 and 4 night breaks available.

Please call us on 015394 36544 to confirm prices and availability. A 30% deposit is required to secure a booking, with the balance due in full 6 weeks before an arrival date. If a reservation is made within 6 weeks of the arrival date payment is due in full to secure the reservation.

It is a beautiful, calm location with spacious grassy areas and private car parking directly outside the lodge. The spacious, decked veranda, with quality garden furniture overlooks the beck and catches the sun right into the evening. There is more than ample space between each Lodge for privacy and grassy areas for all to enjoy. The site is set in rural countryside and there are wonderful views from every angle, with a true feeling of open, sunny space. The local area is steeped in history with connections from Beatrix Potter to William Wordsworth. Utility Room: Entrance via heated boot room with with ample hanging space ideal for outdoor gear, a spacious storage cupboard and convenient seating area. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Housekeeping and quests comfort are our top priority in this beautifully maintained lodge. Beds are made up on arrival with quality bedding and throws and towels are provided. Extras: mid-week clean, bedding/towel change, shopping service, guided walks. Other: The open plan living area with lovely countryside views leads into the well lit hallway with access to the bedrooms and bathrooms. A large built in, useful storage cupboard with washer/dryer, ironing board and drying rack.
