Townhouse in Trearddur Bay - Quiet Location, Wi-Fi 50" TV, 5 Minutes Walk To Beach And Amenities. Sea Views.

The property is located in the picturesque village of Trearddur Bay with its blue-flag, sandy beach and sailing club.

The beach is a 5 mins walk.

The property has free Wi-Fi, a 50" flat screen TV with freeview, a blu-ray and DVD player. It has parking for 2 cars.

The garden is enclosed and is a great area for children to run and play, whilst the grown up's enjoy a glass of wine on the sunny patio. The property is ideally located for those embarking on the 'Anglesey Coastal Path'.

It is formerly part of Trearddur School, whose famous pupil was Sir Kyffin Williams, one of Wales' most important artists. Why not visit Oriel Mon to view some of his paintings?

The changeover day is usually a Friday, but we may be able to accommodate other days during off peak periods.

Clean and comfortable

We found the house to be exactly as advertised, clean and comfortable with beds as comfy as home. We were after a quiet, chilled weekend and that's exactly what we got in this great location. The Welcome goodies were a lovely extra too. Thanks again.

I stayed in the house with a friend of mine at the end of June. The house was beautiful and we could tell that the owner really cared about the property with lovely homely touches and decor. There was also a welcome hamper waiting for us which was also a thoughtful edition!

The house was equipped with everything we needed, and my sister came to visit with 5 kids for the day - there were plenty of toys for them to play with whilst we planned where we were going for the day!

The location was perfect for us - literally a few mins walk to the bay and about 5mins walk to the nearest pub. There is also another pub just opening as we left! Also a few mins walk from local shops. You can go on a lot of nice coastal walks straight from the property, and there's loads of activities to do a short drive away. Its also only about 30min drive from Menai Bridge where you can then visit the North Wales coastline and many other places.

There is a small front and back patio area - the back with a picnic table and bbq. Wifi was great - I had no phone signal but my friend did.

The views from the two front bedrooms of the bay were lovely too! We had a great time and would definitely rent the property again. The owner sent a text when the property was ready which was nice also. Thanks very much!

Super situation, ideal apartment

Really convenient, clean, well maintained property ideal for four adults and a toddler. Interestingly, there was a good selection of toys which our toddler found, and much enjoyed playing with. Customer service was excellent, excellent directions to find the property & clear & concise instructions re finding the key etc.

I would recommend this property to similar sized groups of family & friends for the properties location, the abundance of nature reserves, places of interest to visit & the wonderful restaurants that were all within a reasonable distance travelling on the A5 or A55.

We particularly enjoyed the boat trip to Puffin Island, South Stack, the Range & Valley nature reserves, Pili Palace, Plas Cadnant, a day with "NatureBites" bird & plant spotting with our own guide & a wonderful lunch at The Marram Grass cafe - really delicious local food.

Great location. Just a few minutes’ walk to the beach. I loved seeing the waves from the bedroom when I woke up. The property is beautiful, spacious and clean with everything you need. The children loved the three floors. It was great having WiFi. We can’t wait to come back.

great stay, lovely house, fab location!

We had a lovely stay in Angelsey. The property is set out over 3 floors, beautifully decorated to a high standard, and kitted out with pretty much everything you could want while staying away from home. The house is a short walk to the beautiful beach of Trearddur Bay,( in fact you can see it from the bedroom window) and well positioned to explore Angelsey. The owners were very helpful and accommodating, offered flexibility with our dates. They even left us a welcome pack of goodies, very appreciated. Shops and supermarkets very close by. Would absolutely recommend a stay!

Activity and Interests


Ideally located, just 5 minutes walk from the main blue-flag, sandy beach which means you don't need to worry about finding car parking. Kayak hire is available at Valley. Windsurfing lessons are available. Please contact us for further details. The 'Anglesey Coastal Path' is 5 minutes walk from the property.


Ferries - Holyhead Port is 3 miles.

Rail - Holyhead station is 3 miles, Valley staion is 3 miles.


5 minutes walk to the post office, shops, pubs and restaurants.

10 minutes drive to supermarkets (Tesco, Morrisions, Asda) and other retail units such as New Look, Homebase, Argos and Wilkinsons.

15 minutes drive to South Stack and the RSPB's Ellin's Tower.

Booking Notes:

A non-refundable booking deposit of 25% with our booking form is required to secure your dates*. Until such deposit payment is cleared, the booking is not secure.
The balance is due 6 weeks prior to the holiday commencement date. (*where bookings are made within 6 weeks of the holiday commencement date, full payment will be required to secure booking.)
Payment by cheque/bank transfer. For payment by credit card, a fee will be added for customers to mirror OD fees.

Changeover Day:
The changeover day is a Friday, but we may be able to accommodate other days, subject to other bookings. The property is available from 3pm on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 10 am on the day of departure.

Notes on prices:
Short breaks are also available (minimum 3 nights). These may be booked in advance during off-peak periods or last minute (one week in advance) during peak periods such school holidays subject to availability.
