The villa is in a great location if you are getting married at the yacht club as it is a very short walk, less than 2 mins away, the club also includes access to a gym, spa and restaurant. Nearby is an array of bars, shops and restaurants suitable for families. The villa includes a utility room with washing machine, a fully equipped open plan kitchen and diner, plus spacious living area, 8 seater patio table on large balcony overlooking pool and marina. A travel cot can be provided.

The area is surrounded by fantastic, sparkling calas/beaches and coves. The overlooking views of the harbour from the terrace are astounding. You are only a short walk from the harbour which is filled with great restaurants and shops (approx. 2 minutes). Very close to the town and supermarket (approx. 5 minute walk). Boat hire is also available and the neighbouring yacht club has an array of facilities that can be used for a small price.

Booking Notes:
All prices are per week only and is in UK pounds. A 50 % non refundable deposit will be taken at the time of your booking and the balance is payable 8 weeks prior to your departure date. A 500 euros deposit is taken on the collection of the keys and will be returned on a satisfactory inspection of the villa at the end of your stay.

Changeover Day:
All arrivals will be from 16. 00 hrs and departures will be at 10am if you require storage of cases this can be arranged

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 30 days before check-in date.
  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 60 days before check-in date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
