It is situated in the centre of olhos d'agua, on the 3rd floor with a large balcony with patio table and chairs, in a quiet area, but only 5 minutes walk to the restaurants, bars and supermarkets. You are only a 10 minutes walk to the beach. 2 minutes to the taxi rank, and bus stop. It has well kept gardens, underground parking, and additional outside parking. Private gates, cctv,internet, door intercom and lifts. It has two pools one for young children. Toilet and shower next to pool. A new small play area fro small children has been made. It has a floodlit tennis court (rackets available for hire). It overlooks the tennis court and pool and has a sea view. You are only a 10-15 minute drive to Albufeira and 20 minute drive to Vilamoura

The apartment is fully equiped, towels and bed linen provided. Cushions for use on the sunbeds. Air conditioning in lounge and bedroom.

Anne and David kerrigan, from Lancashire after 20 years of visiting the Algarve we have bought a lovely holiday home in the quaint fishing village Olhos d'Agua. Our home is in a quiet spot, but is only a short walking distance from the beach, restaurants and bars. We come here to relax from our busy life in England. You can chill by the pool, play tennis or golf or have a bit of retail therapy at the nearby Algarve Shopping Centre not as big as Trafford Center but has some great shops. The weather is always better than that at home.

Why ANNE & DAVID KERRIGAN chose Albufeira

It has an excellent location in the Algarve,it is in a quaint fishing village with a lovely sandy beach only a short walk away. It has an array of superb shops, supermarkets and restaurants and only short drive to Vilamoura or Albuferia. Only a 25 minute drive from the airport. The food is great, the weather is a lot better than home and the people are so friendly. The taxi rank and bus stop are two minutes walk away.

What makes this apartment unique

Property is within walking distance of beach, restaurants and shops. It's not overcrowded and the condominium is well kept. Having WIFI in the apartment and by the pool is a great bonus. It is a well kept and secure. Air conditioning in both lounge and bedroom.

We recently enjoyed a week at No.304, Vista Das Ondas in Olhos de Agua in the Algarve, Portugal. This apartment sleeps 2-4 people although there were only two of us, myself and husband on this trip. We stayed the first week in June and I have been prompted to review it as it was such a beautiful apartment, set in a lovely location which was so convenient for shops, beach, transport and restaurants.

We were able to access all facilities easily, something which is important if not hiring a car or wanting to travel far from the accommodation. On site there were two swimming pools, one for children, a floodlit tennis court where you could hire rackets. Mike & Sandie

Outside: Large balcony with table and 4 chairs. It has a large pool and a small pool for young children, sun loungers around the pool, with straw umbrellas. It has a floodlit tennis court with rackets available for hire. Well kept gardens and underground parking. A new small player area for little children. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen are included, apartment cleaned weekly. Other: Cushions(owners own) to use on the sunbeds are in the top of the wardrobe, but must be brought back in each day. Beach towels in drawer in Lounge, please feel free to use them.(4).

Fabulous Apartment

We are just back from a 2weeks holiday in this lovely apartment,home from home,everything you need for a great holiday,very central, just down the little road to fabulous restaurants which were all 10/10. Booking progress was first class and Anne was a great help answering all our questions and arranging our airport transfer. Thanks again for a fabulous holiday we will definitely be returning.

Great apartment well located

First of all would like to thank Ann the owner of the apartment for all the information provided and the arranging of our transfers which made our arrival and departure hassle free. The apartment is in a great location close to shops restaurants and bars and five minutes walk from main beach. We wanted for nothing in the apartment with all your needs catered for even cushions and towels for sun beds can't think of anything else we needed,especially if you are looking to travel light. The apartment is very clean,well decorated with plenty of room and all mod cons and wifi especially good,even on balcony which is a great size.The apartment is in a quiet location with very little noise and overlooks the pool. There is plenty of sun beds available and nice garden area,if you cannot get a umbrella and want to find some shade in the trees. I will also give a mention to the management company Luso Living who look after the complex ,keep it clean and tidy and very approachable and helpful. All in all we had a great holiday and wouldn't think twice about booking this apartment again

Very nice, modern clean apartment, with very good facilities

It is extremely peaceful and pleasant place to stay.

The pool and venue is very good and the location is ideal for walking to the beach and local place for dining.

Excellent apartment

We stayed as a group of 3 friends who have all visited olhos d'agua several times and love the area. The location of the apartment is perfect. You can easily walk to the beaches and shops and restaurants. The taxi rank is at the bottom of the road too.

The apartment is modern, very well equipped and had everything we could possibly need during our stay. The bed was amazingly comfortable and the apartments are so quiet, making for a very relaxing stay. Even in August we could get sun loungers easily at 10:30am.

We had a lovely time and will definitely be returning.

lovely Holiday

Just had 2 weeks in Anne's apartment, as other reviews have said great location, an ideal base for visting other areas if you have a car, but there is also a local bus service around the corner. The apartment was spotless and had everything you needed including the brolley for the beach, as we were there for 2 weeks the apartment was cleaned after the first week and fresh towels and linen provided. Booking was very efficient any questions answered promptly.We would definitely use this apartment again.

Car: not necessary

Special interest holidays:

Algarve shopping 25 minutes away, with many shops and cinema showing movies in English and many places to eat. Ticket shops near by, arrange daily trips for around 8 Euros to Algarve Shopping. Also trips to Loulle market, nice leather goods. Also a very good fresh food market at Loulle.Trips to zoo marine, Lisbon, Gibraltar, Slide and Splash and many, many more. Lots of restaurants, 2 very good supermarkets. Beach very near. Lovely people, and the sun is nearly always shinning.

Two golf courses near by, Pine Cliffs and Balaia Golf. There is a tennis court next to the pool. Also there are tennis courts a Balia Golf resort, and you can join in with the social tennis groups.

Coast/Beach:

Within walking distance of the sandy beach, approximately 10 minutes. It is a quaint fishing village with lots of restaurants and bars. You are a 5 minute drive to Praia da oura beach and Albufeira. The bus at the end of the road,one way will take you to Vilamoura, the other side of the road will take you to Albufeira.

It is a lovely long walk down the beach to Vilamoura.

Travel:

It is approximately 25 minute drive from Faro airport, transfers can be arranged.

Return transfer from airport to apartment and back is approx 60 Euros.

Distances:

Apartment is located in the centre of Olhos da Agua, it is a 5 minute drive to Praia da oura, or 10-15 minutes to Albuferia, it is a 15 minute drive to Vilamoura. Many trips to markets, zoomarine, golf, water parks can be arranged with pickup from near your apartment. Taxi rank and bust stop 200 metres away.

Further Details:

There is a small supermarket and a large supermarket very close by, with lots of bars, restaurants and shops within walking distance. Bank, chemist,beauty salon,the great cafe creme that does cakes to die for. Taxi rank and bus stop all 2 minutes walk away.
