Top floor apartment close to the beach and town in an ideal location for a family holiday. Corner position with a good sized balcony with mountain views, perfect for sunbathing and alfresco dining. Located just a few minutes walk from the beach and approximately 10 minutes walk to town, it is not necessary to have a rental car. Local shops and restaurants are close to hand. The unique situation of the apartment means cool breeze easily flows through the apartment on balmy summer nights. The apartment, set in a small community of just 21 apartments shares a residents swimming pool which was refurbished last year and has communal gardens and roof terrace. Many of the apartments are homes for local residents and the communal areas tend to be quiet even during the height of the season.

Beautiful pollenca

My family and I really enjoyed our stay in the apartment, the rooms are big and spacious so there was plenty of room for our kids to run and play, all the amenities you need to make the stay easier with children are also at hand so it was a very stress free week! The other families in the apartments are nice and friendly and happy to chat to the kids as well as let them join in with playing in the pool. The apartment is also only a 2min walk from the beach at most and only a stones throw from shops, supermarkets and restaurants for making the stay relaxing

Relaxing week in Porto Pollensa

The apartment was spotlessly clean and comfortable, with lovely views of the mountains to the front of the property. We found the pool very useful as it was hot whilst we were there. The apartment is only a few minutes walk from the beach which is very attractive with sun loungers and umbrellas etc. to hire, and safe swimming. Shops and restaurants are nearby, with a huge selection of places to eat. The apartment is up four short flights of stairs so maybe not suitable for everyone, but otherwise we would recommend it.

Fantastic place to stay

The apartment,being in a small residential block,is considerably bigger than normal holiday accommodation.It is furnished to a high standard with good quality kitchen equipment and crockery etc.The level of cleanliness was first class.There is a small but perfectly adequate pool with well kept grounds.A ten minute walk takes you straight to the seafront,another fifteen minutes stroll,to the town of Puerto Pollensa with it's vast selection of bars and restaurants.The beach is superb and totally safe for swimming.Puerto Pollensa is an ideal resort for families and couples and this apartment is just as suitable.We have already booked for next year.

Special interest holidays:

Perfect location if you wish to explore the island on a bicycle or wish to do some hiking out of season. The apartment has low economy heating.

Coast/Beach:

Local beach at Puerto Pollensa (Tamarells - by the Pollensa Park Hotel) approximately 3 minutes walk.

Travel:

Palma airport approx. 45 minute drive. Car not essential as the beach, restaurants and town and all within 10 minutes walk. Local tourist supermarkets are in the next street along. Main supermarkets such as Lidl and Eroski are a 2 or 3 minute drive or a cheap taxi trip.

Distances:

Pollensa old town 5 minute drive Alcudia/Pto. Alcudia 5 minute drive (or all reachable by bus)
