Victoria del Sol II is ideally located, approx 2. 5km from malaga airport 10 mins on train. Excellent train service. There is loads to do, for both the lively and old. Plenty of cafes, bars, restaurants bars, and shops/hairdressers, health clubs, many supermarkets all very near within minute walk. All amenities are minutes walk from the apartment including bus/train stations. Whether you want the bustling nightlife or a relaxing tranquil holiday, this resort can offer both, along with all the convenience you require on holiday. The apartment is on the 1st floor (lift or a few steps). Modern sunny spacious lounge with sea views, modern new functional kitchen. New bathroom. Notes:
Outside: Swimming pool for sole use of guest, pool side area and pool side bar. Service hot and cold food, excellent chef. Exceptionally well maintained. Pool is always uncongested even in peak season like having your own personal pool and so well maintained daily! Pool side bar, no need to go out. Also 5 minutes away is a huge sports centre, gym, steam, massage pool, pay on entrance. Aqua park is walking distance. The pool is not heated.

Amazing Sunrise

I continue to be impressed by this apartment for great 🌅 rises most mornings, and the location allowing access to beach in minutes, and the city too. This was my fifth stay at 204, and for a lone traveller I like the location central to Town and a great Base for travelling the Costa Del Sol.

The apartment is modern clean and well equipped and I particularly love the wall to wall windows offering a sea view and great outlook along with smell of lemon and orange groves outside the window.

Transactions are always prompt and keys deposits - no problems. I have recommended this apartment to a number of friends.

Will I return - most definitely again later this year! As access from Malaga airport is only 15 minutes - could not be easier definitely 5 stars from me 😎

Beautiful holidays🌞❤️

We totally recommend this flat, lovely, bright and spacious living room, sea side view, 1st floor in a clean building...Lovely open plan kitchen, with all functional appliances, cutlery, pots/pans for stay at home cooking amateurs:)

Large extendable sofa in living room, big glass dining table, near to a whole wall sized sliding window.

Kitchen, toilet and shower room were spotless. The same all other areas in the flat.

Quite large pool in the building's court, to cool down in the mid-day, or relax after a whole day at the beach, and after a tasty diner to the restaurant nearby the pool...

We had a wonderful, relaxing, great time in our holidays, we can't wait to return, and definitely choose the same location!

Could not have made a better choice ! Perfect

I booked 1 week in the beautiful apartment which was just as described on the Website. We arrived to find the apartment spotless and very well maintained to a high standard. It was absolutely perfect. I was delighted with my stay and the resort. The whole process was simple and well organised, very professional from my payment and receiving back my deposit promptly! the owner was pleasant and went beyond her duty in ensuring our stay was perfect, to the extent I felt very relaxed to text on recommendations for places to eat, drink and visit. Thank you for all your help in making my holiday ‘Perfect’.

This was my first visit to Torremolinos and I was not too sure what to expect, I would most definately book this apartment again. I was dubious of booking through websites but After a long discussion with the owner I immediately felt at ease. My only regret was ,that I wished I had booked 2 weeks not 1, unfortunately the apartment was booked out. . I shall be back again in the very near future ! If your squandering like I was - don’t think twice - to summarise this apartment in one word it would be ‘Perfect’. and yes I would recommend it to my family and friends.

Immaculate apartment in central location

When I arrived the first thing I noticed was how clean and immaculate the apartment looked it was also beautifully furnished. The owner of the apartment was always on hand if I needed any assistance with public transport, shopping, restaurants etc and was always very pleasant.I managed to travel to Fuengirola (Market day) and Marbella on local buses which were quite close by (10-12 min walk) and very good value for money. Below the apartment there is a small pool and café/bar restaurant which on Sunday makes an amazing paella for only a few euros. Overall this apartment was a great place to stay for a week and I will definitely be booking this again in September 2016. On returning from my holiday my deposit was refunded swiftly and safe transaction. All in all it was a great apartment and great holiday.

Excellent apartment and great value for money

This flat is amazing! it's wonderfully furnished and I think has been recently done up. It has a pool downstairs and a cafe bar restaurant in the complex as well. The chef made us a fabulous dinner, fresh fish and chips! Description accurate and the property was clean and well looked after. The owner couldn't do more for us. I have recommended this place to everyone who wants to listen! Malaga is only a short train journey away and has a lot to offer travellers. This is a great place - highly recommended!

Rental rates are pounds . Price quoted is for TWO GUESTS . An additional guests is £100 pppw. A £300 deposit us required and returned after the apartment has been checked and keys returned . There is a charge for linen and towels if required .

Changeover Day:
Preferred Saturday but can be flexible. Vacate at 11am. Accessed at 2pm. May be negotiated with owners., depending on season.

Notes on prices:
The above Prices are based on the rental of the apartment for 2 two guests, ONE WEEK (Sleeps Up to a Maximum of 4 guests). Price for 7 nights minimum. For extra guests there is an additional cost of £100 per person per week. Check in and checking out times please refer to contract.

Direct with owner a £200 deposit is required
