New luxury detached villa, fully equipped and decorated to a high standard. Garden, heated pool, BBQ area. Internally, there is a living / dining room with fireplace equipped with large 46 "plasma TV, satellite TV, DVD and mp3 player with surround sound system, hi-fi. Direct access by sliding doors leading to the garden and pool. The property includes a fantastic fully equipped kitchen. 4 bedrooms with satellite TV, 1 en suite. All the rooms are equipped with air conditioning. Outside is equipped with modern furniture, with tables, chairs, loungers and sunshades to enjoy and relax during sunbathing and meals throughout the day and night. Ideally located in the central area of the resort in Albufeira, in a quiet area, yet 5 minutes walk from the centre of the famous "Strip" with numerous bars, restaurants and shops and 10 minutes walk from the famous beaches of Oura and Santa Eulalia. 10 km away from several golf courses.

However, smoking is allowed in the outside areas of the property (garden, pool area or terraces). All facilities, including the swimming pool, are for the sole use of renters only. For your security the villa is fitted with a sophisticated alarm which protects you even while you sleep. The house is suitable for children. However as the swimming pool is not fenced, parental supervision is recommended. Pets are not allowed. Outside: This property is fully fenced for your safety and children. Has 1 gate access for people with video intercom system, and an automatic gate with remote control for the car entrance. The pool area is whole facing south which makes there is no shade the whole day. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All household towels and bed linen are included. Bedlinen changed weekly.

Superb beautiful villa. Great quiet location which is close to all you need.

We had the pleasure of using Claudio's villa for 10 days. There were 8 of us with youngest aged 14. Claudio was very helpful from booking to departure. We had the security deposit refunded 2 days after departure. Villa Rosa has everything you will need. The gas BBQ is very handy. There are small cafes just a few minutes walk which are ideal for breakfast or lunch. Just 10 minutes to the Strip and small journey to the Old Town on the road train. There are Mini markets within 5 minutes and a supermarket 15 minute walk. ATM machines are close by. We didnt have a car and never felt we needed one. 20 to 25 Euro will take you to Villamoura or Quiteira Market. We will definately be back to stay.

One tip would be the pool area is a sun trap and the decking does get very hot; make sure you have flip flops!!

Villa was perfect.

The villa is lovely with extra finishing touches like pictures, rugs ect what you don't normally get in rental villas like home from home. Location is great shops and restaurants within a 2 min walk and old town only 5 min walk but it's really quiet no noise. Pool is a good size and plenty of cups plates ect, very clean and will be staying here again.

An excellent villa with everything you could want from your holiday accommodation

We have just returned from 2 weeks in Villa Rosa. There were 8 in our party including 2 young children. The villa was perfect for our needs. It has everything you could wish for. The rooms are large and beautifully furnished. There was loads of crockery, cutlery glasses etc and a brilliant BBQ

We didn't have a car and we didn't need one. Although it was a 40 min walk to the old town the tourist train was a convenient and cheap way of getting there if the walk was too much

We had lovely weather so the pool was a great success

Lovely villa clean ,spacious great pool

Arrived at the villa after a evening flight met by Claudio who was very helpful and took my husband to the supermarket for supplies as have six young children , first impressions lovely open space living room, 4 large bedrooms and large kitchen with everything you need , pool was lovely kids had great fun the older 4

4,5,6,8 could all stand up in the shallower part we had to be very careful and not let them outside alone as they'd want to run around the pool , the pool was warmer than a hotel pool but still cold but when the suns out it's great . Would highly recommend Claudio's villa we had a great stay .

The villa was excellent, absolutely stunning.

There was three generations of us, ranging from 70 years old to 11months. We all had a great time. The villa is beautiful, very spacious and has everything you need for self catering.

It is very centrally located, with the strip a short walk away. Old town was more our cup of tea, and a taxi would take you there for 6/7 euros. Plenty of supermarkets around, and loads of pubs and restaurants around. Claudio was very helpful and friendly.

Because we went at the beginning of April the pool could be quite cold although it is heated. It was still usable, just had to get over the initial dip. The only down side was the hill to get up to shops, pubs and restaurants. My dad struggled a bit with that, but if you're healthy enough it shouldn't be a problem.

As I said we all had a fantastic time, and would definitely book to go back again.

Beautiful Villa 2016

A group of us stayed at this beautiful villa for a week in September 2016. It's in a great location, only 5 mins walk to the strip with many nice bars and restaurants. Very spacious villa with more than enough room for 8 adults and ample eating space both inside and out. The pool is clean and heated a real bonus for a Sept holiday although the temperatures were still in the 30's. You will need pool towels and we also had to buy some plastic cups for around the poolside. Basic dinner sets with plates which were too big for the dish washer but enough of everything if you want to cook at the villa. Large BBQ which we used more than once and had enough space to comfortably cook for 8 adults. The main supermarket is a 30min walk and was less than 6 euros for a taxi back, there are many smaller supermarkets on the strip though.

Although entry is not until 4pm, the owner was happy to meet us when we arrived and allowed us to drop off bags and have a look around. Good security within the property although the safes did not appear to work and one of them was in bits. There was slight delay in the return of our security deposit however this would not put us off using this gorgeous property again.

Having stayed in Albufeira a few times this is the first time we have found a property where we all felt we would like to return to. It's so close to all the amenities, walking to the Old Town takes approx. 40mins so again very accessible for walking and affordable for taxis.

All in all a great holiday, thanks Claudio, we hope to see you again.
