Apartment in ALVOR, Portugal - In one of the Algarve's Finest Fishing village

Lovely and contemporary - 1 bedroom apartment on 2st floor in a complex of 20 with lift access to all 3 floors. It has a quiet shared swimming pool on the roof with a decked terrace area and sun beds. There are excellent views of the sea and the lagoon from here. The apartment is very light and airy and finished to a very high standard with fully fitted kitchen and bathroom. It has a large lounge and dining area with leather sofa bed and air conditioning. Both the living room and bedroom have a small balcony receiving the sun from morning. There is secure parking in the underground car park with a lift to all floors. This apartment is excellently located, it is 2 minutes from Alvor's cobbled streets, full of local bars, shops and restaurants, all on the doorstep. It is a 5 minute walk to Alvor long sandy beach. The mini-market is just 50mt away. There are many golf courses nearby, such as Alto, Penina and Palmares. The nearest golf course is just 3Km away.

Excellent Apartment

One of the best apartments we stayed in Alvor. It’s a modern apartment with an exceptional location. Walk distance to beach and only a couple of minutes to the main street and other facilities such as market and pharmacy. Lovely roof pool, with sea views. The apartment is very comfortable, bright and quiet. It had everything that we needed. Highly recommended.

Great apartment

Great apartment, very comfortable and bright, with excellent location, only a couple of minutes to the main street. Fantastic roof pool with deck and exceptional views to sea and lagoon. Highly recommended, we are going to book for next year.

great apartment

Stayed in this apartment for 2 weeks in June apartment had everything that we needed and was very comfortable nice and bright quiet and only a couple of minutes to the main street, so much so that we are going to book for next year. Highly recommended. It said shared pool but 95% of the time we had it to ourselves.

Alvor is a charming fishing village. Has some of the best beachs in Algarve and is nearby of the best golf courses in Portugal. Now Alvor is also a fantastic dive location, due to some large ships recently submerged at 30m deep. The apartment has an excelente location and large areas. The beach is just 5 minute walk. The center with lots of restaurants, bares,shops and mini market are just a 2 minutes walk. Alvor is also nearby the 3 main Algarve cities - Portimão, Faro ( with international airport) and Lagos.

Alvor beach is just 5 minutes walk. It is 4.5km of lovely white sand.

Travel:

Faro airport is 45 minutes drive. Car hire is not necessary due to the central position of the apartment.

Distances:

Portimão is 5 minutes drive.

Silves is 20 minutes drive.

Lagos is 25 minutes drive.

Monchique is 40 minutes drive.

Further Details:

Due to its position in the centre of Alvor village, many of the facilities are within walking distance. Theres is a "Vai e Vem" Citybus stop in front of the building.

Outside: The property has a roof top pool and a decked terrace. These facilities are shared between the 20 apartments. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen are supplied, but please bring beach towels.
