Our luxury, self-catering apartment is located in the heart of the Portes du Soleil ski area, just a 12 minute drive from the popular resort of Morzine and the lifts to Avoriaz. The accommodation is beautifully designed, full of contemporary fixtures and fittings but most importantly represents outstanding value for money.

Seytroux is a picturesque and sunny Alpine village that boasts a fantastic restaurant, bar and shop within a 10 minute walk of the apartment. Close to all the local amenities, this is a great location both in winter and summer to make the most of your alpine experience.

We know it's the little things that matter so we've made sure you won't want for anything during your stay and can truly relax in the luxurious and cosy environment after a fun filled day exploring in the Alps. Everything you could need is provided in Apartment Levant Blanc; it's a real home from home. The kitchen is sleek and modern with gloss handleless units and star galaxy granite worktops. It is equipped with high quality appliances which include an oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, full size fridge/freezer and a Nespresso coffee machine. The lounge and dining area are open plan to the kitchen and has a large solid oak table with seating for up to 8 people. There is a comfortable L-shaped sofa with ample seating in the lounge area, which also adapts into a full sized sofa-bed for the 7th and 8th guests. There is a 42" Plasma TV with Sky Freeview channels, a DVD player and lots of DVDs, Wii with various Wii and Wii Fit /Sports games and a good selection of board games, books and kids toys. The three bedrooms all have shelving and storage as well as mirrors, hairdryers, hangers and hooks. We've also provided fantastic quality white bed linen, fluffy towels and complimentary L'Occitane toiletries. The apartment is brilliant for families and we can provide all the things that you may need for holidaying with children; you just need to ask.

Patio doors from the lounge area lead straight outside to the garden with spectacular views of the mountains. There is a Weber BBQ, garden table and chairs and parasol for you to enjoy in the summer months and sledges for winter fun!

About the Owner

Apartment Levant Blanc is owned and run by us, Ceri & Calum Nicol. It has been our dream and aim in life since our first ski holiday together in 2004 to live and work in this fantastic, beautiful place. After eight years of running the rat race, burning the candle, three children, and three years of living in the Middle East we are finally here and proud to call the Alps our home. We moved into Chalet Levant Blanc in summer 2012 and launched our site with the completion of Apartment Levant Blanc.

The Perfect Retreat

A beautiful chalet located on the outskirts of Seytroux which ticked all the boxes for everyone in the group. Travelling with two families consisting of cyclists, joggers (we made it out once) and 4 children (aged from 4 to 6), the chalet offered exceptional comfort and quality from the moment you walked through the door. Fantastically appointed with views across the valley, the chalet provided the perfect environment to socialise and relax after a busy day. Ceri and Callum were on hand to provide essential information into the local area; whether it was which ride would challenge the keenest of cycling enthusiasts to the best spot for watching the penultimate stage of the Tour De France. A truly memorable holiday with some amazing highlights (perhaps the one that clinches it is the image of my 6 year old water skiing on Lake Geneva)!! This is one holiday we are definitely keen to repeat (although perhaps for a little longer next time).

4th visit to excellently maintained apartment

This is our fourth visit (one winter and three summer) to Ceri and Callum's fantastic apartment. The views are stunning and Levant Blanc's facilities are great for good and poor weather (eg lots of dvd's for the kids). The children love their bunk beds and the lay out of rest of the apartment if very well thought out - we loved the new coffee machine! The apartment is closely located to the resorts of Les Gets and Morzine as well as our (summer) favourite Lac Montriond. If you don't mind a little driving, Levant Blanc is also within 45 minutes of a huge variety of locations around Lake Geneva such as Yvoire and Excenevex.

Idyllic setting lovely hosts and fantastic propert

The property is in a great condition and was in a perfect location for a quiet peaceful start to our summer holiday. The hosts go out of there way to ensure you know what is available in the local region and made the stay very relaxing for my family consisting of three children aged 7, 14 & 16.

Beautiful apartment with fantastic views

Apartment Levant Blanc in Seytroux has been beautifully furnished. Very modern, well maintained and spotlessly clean. Well equipped and thoughtfully laid out to maximize the space. Plenty of hooks in the hallway and the bedrooms for hanging ski gear etc.This apartment is below the owner's chalet rather than in an apartment block or large chalet block which for ourselves was preferable. You would need a car if you were staying here and the driveway is steep so you may need snow chains if there's a lot of snow. Fortunately for Seytroux it doesn't get the same amount of snow like you get up in the ski resort. La Grande Terche is about 15 minutes away but easy enough to get to the lifts at Ardent or Morzine too. I would recommend this apartment and I would be more than happy to stay here again.

Perfect scenic holiday location and hosts

Calum and Ceri were very helpful, before and during our holiday. They replied to all emails quickly and with the answers to our questions however trivial they might have been! The directions were perfect to get us to their fantastic chalet, even in the dark! On arrival, after midnight as we were about 2 hours late, they had stayed up to greet us and make sure everything was ok. There was even a little gift left for us! The chalet is a beautiful place inside and out, a real home from home experience with fantastic views. There is a private outside area for food and even a BBQ for the summer. We had a lovely stay at Chalet Levant Blanc and we would be very happy to return there in the future.

Fantastic Alpine lodge in beautiful side valley

We had a wonderful 3 days and only wish it could have been longer. Ceri gave us a very warm welcome setting the tone for the rest of our stay. The accomodation is modern, spacious and luxurious with a cosy mountain lodge feel with views that cannot be bettered (looking out to the side valley head and across to the main Morzine valley). It's ideal for walking straight from the door and very close by car to the main Morzine resorts. We cannot rate this highly enough and would like to thank Ceri once again for her great hospitality.

We've dreamed of living in this part of the French Alps and are fortunate to have been able to realise our ambitions. We are privileged to live in a beautiful village that offers all the Haute-Savoie charm whilst remaining close to the amenities. The location of Seytroux offers a fabulous compromise between Alpine tranquility and the bustle of the main resorts. The views are amazing in both winter and summer with distinct seasons providing incredible panoramas.

Geneva Airport is a 1hr 10 minute drive from Seytroux. The area is best explored with a car which can be hired at modest price at the airport. For those driving, Seytroux is approx 40 minutes from J18 on the A40 Autoroute Blanche heading for Mont Blanc.

The apartment has been carefully designed to offer high quality luxury accommodation that appeals to everyone and particularly families. No expense has been spared yet we have managed to price it at less than half the cost of similar apartments in the resort centre although quite honestly there aren't many of this quality. In summer or winter, you are ideally located to enjoy the best that the French Alps and the Vallee d'Aulps has to offer.

  • Notes on accommodation: Our apartment was completed in the Summer of 2012 by local artisans. The finish is 1st class with brushed 'Bois Chauffé' on the walls and underfloor heating throughout. The attention to detail extends to a beautiful John Lewis handleless kitchen with granite worktops, Neff appliances, luxury furniture and perhaps the most comfortable beds you'll ever sleep on with luxury toppers & beautiful linen. The bathrooms are furnished with fluffy white towels, L'Occitane welcome toiletries and Villeroy & Boch/Hansgrohe sanitaryware. When you've explored the beautiful region in Winter or Summer, you can relax in comfort and enjoy a selection of traditional games, watch TV (Sky Freeview) on the 42" Plasma screen or play on the provided Wii which has a selection of games. We strive to provide everything a family could need with highchair, cot, children’s toys etc and all at no extra cost. We can help with tourist info, lift passes, ski & mountain bike hire and even catering options! Outside: Small private garden, private parking, beautiful views, quality patio furniture & barbeque Utility Room: Ironing board & Iron, washer/dryer, vacuum cleaner Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Fantastic quality white bed linen and fluffy white towels are provided weekly.
