This is a modern architect designed Villa with 4 bedrooms that sleeps 8. There are 3 bedrooms on the ground floor with an external access to a studio apartment on the 1st floor.The well maintained gardens contain a variety of plants shrubs palms and lemon tree as well as a grassed areas on both upper and lower levels. The irregular shaped infinity swimming pool with its inset jacuzzi has ample terraced surround for sunbathing. There is a gas BBQ built into a summer kitchen located on the lower garden. If you are into more energetic activities then there is the golf course where the 5th green is located just over the hedge leaving a short walk to the club house with its tennis courts driving range and excellent restaurant and bar. If you are not into tennis or golf then you can take a walk through the woods or vineyards maybe going to visit Granadella or Montgo national parks. Javea beach which is blue flagged has many restaurants and activities for the younger more energetic guests.

Coast/Beach:

The villa is located a 10 minute drive from Javea. The town is split into 3 parts. The Arenal beach is best known for its clean Blue Flag beach with children's play areas and many sea front restaurants. The Javea Port is still a working fishing harbour where you can watch the locally caught fish being landed as well as its yacht marina. It also has superb waterfront restaurants overlooking the bay. The old town of Javea is unspoilt with picturesque streets, churches indoor market and museum.

Travel:

Both Alicante and Valencia airports are about an hours drive away. Both have excellent motorway connections via the E15/AP7 motorway. Public transport is not good but car hire companies offer a collect and return on hire cars at the airports. A company called Beni Connect offer a economical mini bus service or a car transfer can be arranged. We do recommend the use of a hire car if you are not driving yourself.

Distances:

The village of Benitachell is just 3 minutes drive away but can be walked in 15 minutes. It also has a heated swimming pool for guests considering a winter holiday. In the summer months Benidorm is a 30 minutes drive with its water park, theme park, safari park, indoor shopping complex and Benidorm Palace for a show and a meal. The Granadella National Park is less than a 10 minute drive. The Montgo National Park is about a 15 minute drive away.

A 25% deposit is required at the time you make your booking with the remainder due 6 weeks before your arrival date.
A £200 security deposit is required in the case of damages but will be returned within a week after your stay. Normally repayment will be made back into your bank account, unless other arrangements are required.

Notes:

  • Outside: The villa has its own driveway and garage with parking for up to 4 cars on the drive. The infinity pool is specially constructed and can best be described as kidney shaped and about 10 metres by 4 metres. The photos attached give a better view. There is a large patio area and naya along with a separate summer kitchen with gas BBQ. Sun loungers are provided Utility Room: Utility room contains sink and washing machine with external door leading to clothes drying area. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: The villa is cleaned before your arrival with sheets and towels provided. Linen and towels changed weekly. Other: The upstairs apartment is accessed via external staircase allowing complete privacy if required and can be completely self contained as it consists of a double bedroom, small kitchen with cooking facilities, shower room with WC and private balcony.
