Perfect for families or friends holidaying together, plenty of indoor and outdoor space. All equipment to cater for children and babies are included, cots, high chairs, linen, baby bath, pushchair, sterilizer, bottle warmer, blender, childrens crockery and cutlery.Located less than half an hour from Limoges airport, within easy reach of northerly ports, you will find a lovely holiday home from home. Within reach are numerous places of interest such as the historic city of Limoges. Oradour-Sur-Glane. Les grands lacs St pardoux lakes region aprox 20 miles away with fantastic huge lakes with beaches, woodland walks, cafes, watersports inc sailing available.

The village has a Restaurant, Café, bar, Bread shop, Butchers shop, General Small food shop, chemist shop, all within the village centre 5 min walk.

Hi, we are resident in the UK and we holiday twice a year in the holiday home in France.

We bought this property because we fell in love with the area (Poitou Charente) the sheer beauty, and warm climate brought us back again and again.

The house is set in an elevated position with large gardens and is very private, its a home from home and we are sure you will love it as we do.

Notes on accommodation: For families traveling with young children or babies we have tried to make the property as safe and child friendly as possible and have included many essential items to make your holiday perfect. Fully enclosed pool with locking entrance. Heated pool (just like a warm bath, fantastic) Two cots. Playpen Two quality baby monitors. Electric blender. Microwave. Children's paddling pool. Toilet seat reducers. Step for use with toilet or basin. Changing mat. Baby bottle steriliser. Baby bottle warmer. Baby walker. pushchair. 2 Highchairs. Anti door slam devices for doors. Safety covers for electrical sockets. Children's toys. Children's plates, cups, beakers and cutlery. Outside: The gardens are huge perfect for group games. The pool is heated and recently fenced with a security gate for peace of mind, we do not have up to date photos of the fence as there was an oversight on photo taking. Lots of outdoor games and toys, including table tennis, croquet, tractor and trailer, trike, bats, balls, pool floaty toys, bikes (14 to choose from) to suit all ages. There are mountan bikes and bmx bikes included , swings, slides and play frame and many others outdoor games. Utility Room: Washing machine, clothes basket and clothes airer. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen are all included as are pool towels.

An enjoyable time

We had a good week here and enjoyed the space and the local activities. It was great having the bicycles but we did not realise that the wifi was only to be found at the local MacDonalds and not at the property itself.

Happy Family Holiday

What a fantastic location for a truly memorable summer holiday. We were 8 adults and 3 young children. We were amazed at the thought that went into the amenities provided by the owner. The little ones had lots to keep them happy within the garden. The girls had bikes to use around the lanes, the boys & girls had great fun on the table tennis table, whilst sipping pre - supper drinks, and waiting for the BBQ to cook. A totally secure locked swimming pool, which we all fun in. Weather hot. A house to suit all ages. I wouldn't normally post a review, but this house is worth it. Thank you.

Flights from Liverpool, London Stansted, East Midlands, Leeds/Bradford, Southampton to Limoges int airport 20km from the property.

Within the village of Brigueuil (5 mins walk from the property) there is a bar, cafe, general store, butchers, boulangerie and a very good restaurant.

Further out the town of St Junien has large supermarkets and every thing a large town normally has (8KM)

All available locally, horse riding, paint balling, go carting, carp fishing, fishing, future scope (a bit further out) zoo, adventure park (Limoges)

and lots and lots of other things to see and do with all the details at the house.
