The holiday apartment has its own private entrance and offers very comfortable accommodation adjoining the owner’s house. A 30 minute drive to the east takes you to the New Forest National Park famous for its roaming cattle and horses and to the west to an area known as the Purbecks with Corfe Castle (NT) and the seaside at Swanage along with its steam train and promenade. Shop, pubs and restaurants within 250 yards.

The owners were very friendly, helpful & non-intrusive.

The apartment was very clean; has a fully-equiped kitchen; large tv and 2 reclining chairs; plenty of storage; 4 person dining table; good wi-fi; 2 comfortable single beds and a pleasant bathroom with a full complement of towels.

The owners have gone above and beyond what would be expected with extras. There are annotated maps of the area; tea, coffee and milk laid out upon arrival and stationery set to name just a few.

I would definitely recommend and stay again if I was in the area.

LOVELY WELL EQUIPPED MODERN APARTMENT, WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE OF SHOPS AND PUB

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and the warm welcome we received from the owners on our arrival was much appreciated. The apartment is very well equipped and comfortable and within walking distance of shops etc. We would very much like to visit again.

Excellent apartment

I would definitely recommend this property which was well equipped, very clean and well maintained. Location couldn't have been bettered, very close to shops and restaurants and the owners very friendly and helpful-excellent customer service. We enjoyed our stay here and will definitely return.

Light airy, self-contained apartment.

Hosts very helpful, nothing too much trouble, they gave us lots of hints and tips on food locally and where to go for days out. Apartment well equipped and clean in all areas. A restful break with sunny weather to complete the picture. Toby Carvery, for food a short drive away, Poole harbour, park and shops were all worth a look. A bit further away, Bournemouth or Weymouth for the coast and historic Salisbury about 40-45 minutes away.

first impression on arriving at our holiday destination

was a clean well presented and thought out space to enjoy our time in the area.

Lyn met us on arrival and explained a little about our apartment, where to park

and allowed us to settle in. We felt welcomed yet not overwhelmed .

A great place to stay which had everything we needed. We will return as there

was too much to see and experience in one visit, and also recommend it to

our friends.

Just one word. AMAZING

Down to every last detail the owners of the apartment made sure we had comfort, essentials on arrival, all the information we needed about the apartment and surrounding areas. We cannot recommend it enough. Due to illness I could not get insurance to travel abroad and my husband suggested Poole, I have never been before but fell in love with the area and the people could not be more friendly. We would have no qualms of choosing to visit against next year.
