The holiday apartment has its own private entrance and offers very comfortable accommodation adjoining the owner’s house. A 30 minute drive to the east takes you to the New Forest National Park famous for its roaming cattle and horses and to the west to an area known as the Purbecks with Corfe Castle (NT) and the seaside at Swanage along with its steam train and promenade. Shop, pubs and restaurants within 250 yards.

Home from Home

This property was everything it advertised. It really did feel like a home from home. The location was brilliant; a high street full of everything you need including tescos, a bakery, cafes and newsagents all within minutes. There is also a family pub close by. We went out everyday and had so many places to explore without driving too far. We managed to fit in Poole harbour, Brownsea Island, Corfe Castle and Swanage and still felt there was more to be done on another visit. The apartment itself was comfy, well organised and quiet. We had all the essentials needed for our mini break, including a pint of milk in the fridge which allowed us to have a cup of tea as soon as we arrived. There was plenty of kitchen equipment for anything we would need. The bathroom was clean and the shower was wonderful.

When booking there was always great communication back and forth and both the arrival and departure had been carefully thought of and made our break stress free. There were also plenty of maps and guides to help us plan our break and some really useful information about the apartment to ensure we made the most of our stay.

We loved the lazy chairs for our evening in.

Thank you for such a comfortable stay in your apartment. We hope to visit again in the future.

Very comfortable with every thing we needed.

Lovely place to stay. Enjoyed watching the squirrels and listening to the woodpeckers. Beds were comfy, kitchen well equipped. Ample parking. Within walking distance of the local shops and pub. The only downside for me was the amount of light let into the property from outside at night but that's personal preference (I am used to a darker room to sleep in). I would recommend this property.

Great place to stay. Felt like coming to a second home. Everything you need is there and it's all immaculate. Only negative is the wifi which is next to useless and hardly ever worked.

Excellent apartment & location

We were very impressed with the quality and cleanliness of this apartment. The layout is excellent and the beds very comfortable. It is easy walking distance to Broadstone with everything you need. We are sure we will be staying again.

Week-long stay for work

The owners were very friendly, helpful & non-intrusive.

The apartment was very clean; has a fully-equiped kitchen; large tv and 2 reclining chairs; plenty of storage; 4 person dining table; good wi-fi; 2 comfortable single beds and a pleasant bathroom with a full complement of towels.

The owners have gone above and beyond what would be expected with extras. There are annotated maps of the area; tea, coffee and milk laid out upon arrival and stationery set to name just a few.

I would definitely recommend and stay again if I was in the area.
