The house, completed in 2010, is surrounded by the magnificent greenery of Punta Ala, enjoys a mild climate, so much so that it can minimize the use of air conditioning. On the ground floor we have a large living room with dining area, kitchenette and fireplace, bathroom with shower, a built-in wardrobe, study (or bedroom) with two-seater sofa bed. The kitchen has a hob, oven and oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, dishes, glasses, pots. On the first floor we have two bedrooms with double bed and 2 bathrooms with shower as well as a large terrace. Outside you can enjoy a large paved area covered by a canopy with sunscreen. Here you can have lunch enjoying the garden and grove in front or the cool of the evening. On the street level there are two parking spaces covered by a sun shade. The apartment is about 1 km from Gualdo, an area equipped with shops, bars, groceries, restaurants, post office, bank, pharmacy, golf course. Even the bathing establishments are about 1 to 2 km away.
The price includes expenses for gas, electricity, water.
Pets are not allowed in the house.
It is forbidden to smoke in the house but, since there is a large terrace and a garden, it is easy to find where to smoke safely.
The garden for exclusive use is the one in front of the apartment and on its side.
