Apartment totally renovated, very bright located on the 2nd floor of a residential building, 100 meters from the sea.
E 'consists of 2 bedrooms, one double and one with 3 single beds.

The sea has a sandy bottom and for the first 100 meters towards the fragrances it has a depth that rises slowly up to 50 centimeters, allowing you to relax in peace with your children in the water. Ideal solution for those on holiday with NEONATI, CHILDREN, ELDERLY and FISHING FANS.

Parfaite location

Appartement très propre, clim performante et à seulement 200m d’une plage de sable fin. Stationnement facile dans la rue. La region des Abruzzes est magnifique.
