Casa Bella 3 & 3a is a 3 bedroom house with air conditioning, which can be sub-divided into two individual apartments. The ground floor has two bedrooms, bathroom (with shower and bath) fully equipped kitchen (fridge freezer, hob, microwave washing machine etc.). Living and dining area with private garden. The first floor apartment has double bedroom with shower and bath, fully equipped kitchen, living and dining area with large terrace, balcony and an additional large roof terrace with barbecue. All furnishings are to a high standard with luxurious fixtures and fittings. The house is located within a small private gated community of 20 homes set within beautiful gardens with 3 pools. Within less than a 5 minute walk you can be at the beach, shops or restaurants. The marina is less than a 10 minute walk and the beautiful Mondrago Beach/Nature Reserve and Val D'Or Golf Club less than 10 minutes by car. A well appointed apartment with new fixtures, fittings and furniture.

The apartment has one double bedroom with double bed, side tables and a fully fitted wardrobe plus hair-dryer and safe.

Modern bathroom that has a bath and shower, glass wash basin and toilet.

The lounge area has a large sofa bed (double) a coffee table and TV unit with its own Sky TV with a DVD player.

The kitchen is fully fitted and has a large oven, grill & hob, microwave, washing machine, fridge/freezer and fully stocked with all utensils and crockery.

Breakfast bar and 3 stools, and all the rooms have individual air conditioning/heating units.

There is a large balcony that leads from the bedroom and the lounge, which overlooks the communal pool area and has new rattan outdoor furniture and parasol for shade.

This also gives access to a private roof terrace with table/chairs, BBQ, sun loungers and shower.

About the Owner

Hello, I came to Mallorca on holiday and really love it so much that a few months later I bought this apartment in Cala Egos. I live in the South East corner of the UK with my two teenage daughters. We visited Mallorca several years ago and liked the lovely beaches and friendly people. We visited again two years ago and fell in love with the Cala D'or region and ended up buying a house there! We are all busy people with work commitments and running a family home (and a very energetic dog) life is hectic, so this is our place of sanctuary, where we can relax and spoil ourselves. Because we use it for family and friends, as well as rent it out, we like to think of it as our 'home from home'. We have travelled extensively throughout the world staying in many hotels & apartments but have found this special part of Mallorca meets all of our needs whether its with small children, teenagers or just ourselves.

Beautiful little complex, lovely apartment

Lovely clean, modern, well maintained apartment, well knitted out in a pretty and cared for little complex. Fab pools, lots of space for sun bathing around pool or on own balcony or private roof terrace. Easy walk to couple of beaches and many restaurants. Slightly far to walk into Cala D'Or in heat of day but a great little tourist 'road train' there if you want and a pleasant amble in the evening. No car necessary although we hired one for the second week and enjoyed exploring further afield. Thank you Sarah for answering queries before we went and quickly returning the deposit. I would recommend this for couples or families. We had a super holiday and would love to return one day.

Perfect.

What a beautiful place to stay, only went for 5 nights but wished it was for longer. Apartment and pool area are beautiful and couldn't fault any of it, in a nice quiet location but near enough to all amenities, shops, bars, restaurants and beaches. A lovely stroll to Cala D'or and Marina, also beautiful places to visit. Will definitely be staying again. Thank you Sarah.

Great Apartment - recommend for a couple

Lots of space, particularly outdoors. High quality finished interior and fittings. The apartment outdoor terraces get the best of all parts of the day in terms of sunshine - and evening on the terrace cooking a barbecue meal is fantastic. Lovely quiet complex yet still close to ammenities

Location

Marina D'Or III is a small and exclusive complex perfectly located, a two minute walk will take you to the beach, shops, supermarket, restaurants and tennis/go karting. You can walk to the beautiful marina of Cala D'or in 5/10 minutes where you can sit and admire the magnificent boats and have a lovely meal. If you continue around the marina you will come to Cala D'or town which has a wider selection of restaurants and entertainment but with its pedestrianised street has a relaxed feel. Many local beaches within walking distance and the world famous Mondrago Beach/Nature Reserve is less than a 10 minute drive away. The transfer time from Palma airport is 40/45 minutes away. This beautiful city is worth a visit to shop or sightsee taking in its historic culture.

Ideal location for people who enjoy walking, swimming, cycling and sailing. Many of these facilities can be organised locally.

Coast/Beach:

This area of Mallorca is renowned for its magnificent coves and beaches providing soft sand and warm shallow water to swim in. The nearest beach is Cala Egos which is only a 3 minute walk away. There are several other beaches within walking distance located in the Cala D'Or area. The infamous Mondrago Beach/Nature Reserve is less than a 10 minute drive away. An added bit of fun is to take the local 'road train' which passes through the nearby Marina and many of these beaches.

Travel:

The nearest airport is Palma which is only a 35/40 minute drive away. Taxis are available at the airport as are many car hire firms. We can arrange taxi transfer to and from the resort if you wish.

Distances:

Cala Egos with some shops and bars is less than 5 minutes walk.

The Marina is a 10 minute walk.

The main town centre of Cala D'Or is less than a 20 minute stroll through the Marina.

The local beaches are plentiful and are minutes away on foot by bike or car. There are many local markets and other cultural attractions, boat trips and excursions that can be arranged.

Further Details:

Within this area there are numerous things to do that will please all the family from stunning beaches and coves to numerous shops, bars and restaurants, all within a short distance away. For those more adventurous you can travel to Palma, Caves of Drachs, Porto Cristo, Porto Petro and many other towns and villages. All of these places provide a wonderful insight into the Mallorcan way of life ranging from traditional daily markets through to places of cultural significance. For the smaller members of the family there is crazy golf, trampolining, go karting and short tennis a 2 minute way away from the complex.

Casa Bella is located in an exclusive development of only 20 privately owned properties, known as Marina D'Or III. The complex has wonderfully maintained gardens with three pools one specifically designed for toddlers. The complex is accessed by electronic gates and provides a safe and secure environment for all the family to be able to relax and enjoy. The Casa Bella home has the unique design feature of being either a 3 bedroomed house or a 1 bedroomed and 2 bedroomed apartment. If split into two apartments the accommodation is totally separate and secure providing privacy for individual guests. Therefore they can be used for couples, or ideal for families with children. They all have quality fixtures and fittings, furniture and linen, and the decor is homely and comfortable, making it a 'home from home' for your relaxing holiday. Outside: All of our apartments have sun loungers, patio furniture including outdoor dining tables and 6 chairs and barbecues. The 2 communal circular pools are set around a large tiled communal sunbathing area with sun loungers, plus feature waterfalls and raised bubble pool where you can sit and relax. Each apartment has its own car parking space for guests, and the car park is secured by electronic gates.
