Property is ideally situated for shops and beech. It has air con and all amenities that makes it feel like home, e.g. English TV, tall fridge freezer, four ringed hob, halogen oven, full range of cutlery and utensils. Also hair dryer, beech towels, all other towels, ironing board and steam iron, children’s trolley.the balcony has two sun beds a free standing chair and a wicker table and four chairs. The view overlooks Amadores beech, of which is an outstanding site.

Outside: Balcony has a table and four chairs, and two sunbeds.Also there is a pull out washing line. The balcony is fully tiled. There is also a shared swimming pool, which is roughly 20 metres by 10 metres. There are plenty of sunbeds available round the pool Utility Room: none Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All towels and linen are changed weekly the property is cleaned before it is used by the holiday persons. Other: none

Just arrived home and had to write this review. What a fantastic apartment. Everything you could possibly want. Very well maintained and spotless. Even beach towels were provided. Fantastic views and within walking distance for everything. Lovely walk down to the beach & only 3 euros for a taxi to come back up. Will be back for another relaxing holiday.

Booking Notes:
We require a deposit of 100 pounds, which is none returnable if you change your mind about coming. This is paid on confirmation of your dates. The total cost of the apartment is 300 for one week, and 300 pounds for the second week. So that is 600 pounds for two weeks. The remainder will be paid to my brother in law on arrival at location of apartment. All keys will be given at this point

Changeover Day:
We try our best to make sure people can stay as long as possible in the apartment without causing any inconvenience. People rarely come in on the same days

Notes on prices:
300 pounds per week which is 1200 per month. Please email regarding dates.
