Lovely house in a peacefull location with nice views and beautiful pool area.

The house lies in a quite familiar area with fantastic sea view in the beautiful neighbourhood of Cala Canyelles. The sandy beach is only 15 minutes walk. The bay Canyelles is situated 2 km away from Lloret de Mar, with plenty of night life and 10 km from Tossa de Mar; fishing village with charm .

This wonderfull villa for 4-5 persones is stated near the beach (15 minutes walk) and the center of the residential area where you can find a lot of facilities like: swimming pool, restaurant, snack-bar, tennis-court (charge), diving center, bus stop, etc.

The countryside is rugged with a romantic coast surrounded by pine woods and lovely bays of fine white sand.The coastal villages, some of them with a long fishing tradition, like Tossa de Mar or Blanes (12 km distance) offer a lot of excellent fish restaurants.

Single level nice holiday house with a large living room and direct acces to the terrace and pool area. Modern decorated charming house with 2 double rooms and 2 bathrooms. Large fully equipped open kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, microwave).

Why E. Otto chose Lloret de Mar

I decide to buy the property, because it's in a overwhelming situation, near the beach, in a very quiet situation but on the other side near the town of Lloret de Mar with a lot of restaurants and night live. I like sports very much and in this area I can enjoy mountain bike, walking and all kind of water sports. And it's near Barcelona.

What makes this house unique

Next to the sandy beach, walking acces 15 min (way + stairs)

Visit of Barcelona only 1:30 hour drive.

To fantastic restaurant only 3 min walk. Also a lovely restaurant by the beach.

Community area with swimming pool (3 min walk), tennis court, snack bar, table tennis, etc. and night amenities in the summer time.
