Stunning holiday house in a peaceful location close to a nice sandy beach.

Nice located holiday villa with sea views in a quiet residential park.

The house is divided in two fully equipped units. Ideal for two families who wants to spend holidays together. 4 to 12 people.

This holiday house is located 1000 meters walking ( with stairs) and 2650 m with car from the beach of Cala Canyelles and enjoys of panoramic views of the sea. The centre of the residential area with community pool, restaurant, office and diving school is approximately 650 m from the house away.

The Villa is divided in two separate units: in both, above as below dining room, there is an extendable dining table with a capacity for 10-12 persons.

3 double bedrooms, one with access to the large terrace. (2 rooms with two single beds and 1 room with a double bed).

Sunny upper terrace with sun loungers, barbecue area, table and chairs. Direct acces from the terrace to the swimming pool area.

1 suite with assembled twin beds + shower and 1 bedroom with two single beds.

Why E. Otto chose Lloret de Mar

I decide to buy the property, because it's in a overwhelming situation, near the beach, in a very quiet situation but on the other side near the town of Lloret de Mar with a lot of restaurants and night live.

I like sports very much and in this area I can enjoy mountain bike, walking and all kind of water sports. And it's near Barcelona.

What makes this villa unique

Next to the sandy beach Cala Canyelles.

Visit of Barcelona only 1:30 hour drive.

Close to fantastic restaurants.

Community area with swimming pool, tennis court, snack bar, table tennis, etc. and night amenities in the summer time.

Cala Canyelles is one of the most beautiful areas of the Costa Brava, situated 2 km north of Lloret de Mar (with plenty of night life) and 6 km south of Tossa de Mar (fishing village with charm). The coastal villages, some of them with a long fishing tradition, like Tossa de Mar or Blanes (12km distance) offer a lot of excellent fish restaurants.

Special interest holidays:

Catalonien has its own identity and culture. The Catalan countryside is rugged with a romantic coast surrounded by pine wood and lovely bays of fine sand. It enjoys Mediterranean climate.

Proud of its artistic heritage the area was home of artists like Miro, Gaudi and Dali.

Barcelona itself is a feast culture and architecture from the mellow atmosphere of Las RAmblas to the modernised waterfront. (approx. 80lm)

The Pyrenees, on the french border (approx 150 km) with the well known country of Andorra (duty free) as also a point of interest.

Coast/Beach:

Nearest beach: Cala Canyelles approx. 1200m (15min walk) Parking facilities direct on the beach.

Other very nice beaches with pine trees direct on the beach:
