Spacious two bedroom ground floor apartment with free wifi. There is a large terrace, BBQ area with a conservatory dining area. Fully equipped kitchen, large living area with sliding doors to access the terrace to the front of the property. The apartment is bright and airy and will appeal to couples looking for a comfortable base from which to enjoy the island of Lanzarote. The complex is accessed via security gate with a parking spot just outside the apartment, so is therefore very secure.

Spacious Ground floor apartment

The apartment was exactly as described in the website, no trick photograghy it was what it said on the tin. To sunbathe;we had a choice between front,rear or side of property and we really liked the conservatory as a breakfast room.Having our "own" router was brilliant----therefore no wondering round apartment blocks trying to get a signal.The television was of very limited use----but having a strong internet connection we could access british tv via filmon.com.The lounge area was very comfortable and the kitchen was equipt to satisfy our holiday needs but we could not find a kettle. We couldn't even buy one (we tried); it seem lanzarote is a coffee place. We had no problem with hot water if you are sensible using it.The apartment was clean and everything functioned as it should;and the amount of storage capacity was astounding.We found,this year, the

parking situation in Lanzarote has become a real problem but having our designated parking spot inside secure electronic gates was superb.All in all we enjoyed our month in Bocaina 111 and would recommend it without hesitation and hopefully return in the future

Even better than the pictures

What a fab find. This is the 1st time my husband & I have rented an apartment and we were somewhat apprehensive, especially as we were staying for 3 months. We need not have been. It is light bright and airy. Everything you want is in the apartment. I felt very safe here. It has security doors to the complex and these are looked at night and accessed by key only. There are only 6 blocks of 2 apartments and is a very quiet area. It is mainly full time residents who are spanish, german, british. This apartment is on the ground floor and you get outside space all the way round, as well as the sun all day, however there are shady areas too! The conservatory is good, although it is not accessible from inside the property it is a 2 second walk from the master bedroom patio door! The brick built bbq came in handy too. It is lovely and clean inside and for a small extra fee a wonderful lady called Fina will come in and change the bedding and towels weekly. She is very trust worthy and friendly, we allowed her into the apartment when we were out. Her husband Eduardo is equally as lovely and he is on handy for any maintenance issues. As this property was the owners home, it is designed as such and does not have the look or feel of a rental property. It feels very homely. Also I have never seen soooo much storage! Even I couldnt fill it all and I certainly dont travel light! It is in a very central location, near all the action but not on top of it. There are also shops near by to purchase all your provisions. Newly opened there is also a lovely independant coffee shop just past the Hyperdino, lovely people, service and a great place to people watch!

As with all spanish places the sound proofing is non existant, so you do get to here the lady above walking about but you very quickly get used to it. Other than that she and all the neighbours are very quiet.

There are too many attractions and restaurants for me to list but I suggest you hire a car - Omnicars it great - and just travel about and see what you find. We did and we found some lovely places.

There is so much more to Lanzarote than cheap beer and english breakfasts. Lanzarote has something for everyone, young and old. You can do as much or as little as you like. Hopefully you will fall in love with Lanzarote just as we have!

Activity and Interests


The Puerto del Carmen beaches are within a short walking distance of about 400 metres.


Arrecife Airport is located a 10 minute drive away with flights from all major and regional European airports. There is a ferry port located in Arrecife and another in Playa Blanca for routes to and from other Canary Islands and mainland Spain.

Car hire is not essential but is recommended if you wish wish to explore the rest of the Island.


The apartment is centrally located near to the Tourist office in Puerto del Carmen, which is halfway along "the strip" between the Fariones and San Antonio Hotels. The Old Town and Biosfera shopping centre are approximately a 20 minute stroll along the beach promenade. Deiland Shopping centre at Playa Honda is a 10 minute drive or 20 minutes by bus. Arrecife is a 15 minute drive or 30 minutes by bus.

Further Details:

All shops, bars, restaurants, banks can be found on the main Puerto del Carmen beach road only a short stroll away. There are many tourist attractions and activities on the Island that can be booked at any excursion centre which are in walking distance from the apartments. There is an excellent Hiperdino supermarket within a five minute walk of the apartment.

Booking Notes:
A 12% non refundable deposit is required at the time of booking and the balance payable six weeks prior to arrival in Lanzarote. Payments are accepted via bank transfer or PayPal.

Changeover Day:
Changeover day is flexible depending on availability. The apartment will be available from 3pm on arrival day and will need to be vacated by 10am on day of departure. Late checkout is possible, subject to availability and at a surcharge of 35 Euros.

Notes on prices:
Prices quoted are in Euros and based on up to four people and are inclusive of wifi. Monthly tariffs are available at a very competitive reduced rate starting from 850 Euros per month including wifi. Please contact us for more information.

  • Notes on accommodation: Cot and high chair available on request and at a surcharge - payable locally. A fan and a heater are provided. Please note there is no swimming pool in this complex, however the beach is only just down the road! Outside: Large private terrace to the back of the property with two sunbeds, BBQ area, conservatory with dining table and chairs. To the front of the property is another terrace with patio table and chairs. Well kept, manicured garden surrounding the terrace areas. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All bed linen and towels are provided (including beach towels) and a spare set of linen is provided for durations of more than seven nights. No cleaning is provided, but is available at a surcharge of 50 Euros which includes a full clean and linen change.
