Apartment near Villamartin, Costa Blanca South, Spain - Located only a 10 Minute Drive To Several Beaches, Also Good choice golf courses nearby.

Our property is in prime location within this urbanisation over looking communal pool, other facilities available are table tennis and french bools. Easy access to miles of sandy beeches. Within 20 minute walk is villamartin plaza, having a good choice of bars and restaurants. Zenia boulevard is close by with designer shops restaurants and central entertainment area. A car is fairly essential as lots to see within the area, the apartment has free Wifi internet access.

Golfers are spoilt for choice with

Villamartin golf 5 minutes, las ramblas 10 minutes,campomore course 10 mins., las collinos and la romero 15 mins. and many more quality courses.

excellent vale for money .description was spot on and we got what we paid for .clean and well maintained. George and Pat made us feel very welcome and communicated in advance re keys and arrival and departure info.

a quiet location but close enough to restaurants beaches and bars if you have a car

Location

In year 2005 we purchased 2 property's in this area, have been drawn to spend more time here as lots to keep us entertained. The urbanisation is pleasant throughout the year, with mix of families and couples. During our time here many improvements to our urbanisation with pool area upgrade with astro turf in 2015 and games area planting.

Activity and Interests

Nearest Airport : San javier at 30 Kilometres Nearest Barpub : Villamartin plaza at 1 Kilometres Nearest Restaurant : Villamartin plaza at 1 Kilometres Nearest Beach : La zenia at 4 Kilometres

Coast/Beach:

LaZenia beach is 10 minutes drive, calle capitan (for feeding the fish) and excellent for children, plus many other beaches plus blue flag beaches are about 15 minutes drive.

Travel:

San Javier about 20 minutes by car, Alicante airport 45 minute drive.

Other advice, a 4 hour drive from Madrid airport, during UK school holidays can save about 50% on air fares.

Distances:

Torevieja is 10 minutes drive, lazenia boulevard now open first class shopping mall and coffee shops 5 min drive or 20 min walk.

Further Details:

In the apartment we have iron, ironing board, hair dryer,beach chairs,cool box & ice blocks, beach brolly plus a list of many restaurants, also places to visit including beaches etc. etc.

  • Notes on accommodation: The apartment is upstairs within a 2 story apartment building. Communal pool is accessed from side gate a key is provided for this. Solarium on the top for sun bathing and relaxing with views. Outside: Rear balcony overlooks the pool and has table & chairs suitable for taking meals in the sunshine, not forgetting a glass of vino. From rear balcony access to solarium which has sunbeds and cushions, great views from solarium of salt lakes and lights at night. On the front balcony is seating to catch late afternoon sun. We have Provided 2 chairs, brolly and cool box for beach, also 2 loungers for use in pool area. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Included are towels in bathroom plus beach towels, the complete apartment bed linen is changed/clean at start and end of all bookings plus a full interior and exterior clean. Also provided hair dryer.
