Large sunny two bedroom apartment with private garden and sun terrace and lovely views in this secure modern complex. High standard of decoration and facilities. Cala Egos sits between the stunningly beautiful harbour village of Porto Petro and the bustling seaside town of Cala D'Or. Surrounded by lovely countryside and a multitude of excellent beaches. This is a perfect place for a Summer, winter or spring break. If you enjoy swimming boating walking cycling or just lazing in the sun this is the place for you.

The apartment is as new, furnished to a high standard with satellite HD TV, DVD, I player and Wifi. Fully fitted kitchen with hob, oven and fridge freezer, breakfast bar and all your eating and cleaning needs.Utility with washing machine and dishwasher. There are 2 double bedrooms with aircon fitted wardrobes, 2 singles and one double bed with further single if required. All bedding and towels provided as well as a welcome pack of essentials. The large garden is equipped with sun beds outside dining table and chairs as well as a large garden sofa. The large terrace is ideal for eating outside in those long sunny summer evenings.

We are Mike and Beverley Low, owners of the apartment and have our Mallorca home nearby in Porto Petro. We have grown to love the area over the last 12 years and we would be more than happy to help visitors with choosing places to go/things to do. Swimming sailing boating cycling and walking have been a great pleasure for us as well as the year round sunny weather. The local people are delightfully friendly and helpful and there is a wealth of choices of places to eat and visit.

The area has been perfect for our holidays with and without our 3 children!

Why Beverley Low chose Migjorn Region

We have visited the area for the last 12 years and have a holiday home in Porto Petro the next village. Mallorca is famed for its superb climate but the east coast of the island is for us the best location for scenery, facilities and a coast line almost Caribbean with its turquoise blue warm seas. Safe for children, clean and full of variety whatever your interest.

It is Only 50 minutes drive from the airport to Bella Luna, and there are bustling towns or deserted beaches minutes away. The area is safe for cycling and there is good public transport and reasonably priced taxis.

The apartment is just 200m from the nearest beach and sits in a secure and child friendly complex just minutes away from the shops restaurants and bars offering traditional Mallorcan fare.

What makes this apartment unique

This large air conditioned apartment is on the ground floor with a large private garden and lovely views to the west. it is one of the most private positions on this attractive modern complex. As well as 900 sqft of living space, it has a large terrace for outside dining and sunbathing. The complex has a large beautiful swimming pool with its own bar, tennis courts and landscaped gardens.

The apartment is newly decorated and furnished to a high standard and can sleep up to 5 comfortably. There is a well equipped kitchen and utility room with washing machine and dishwasher. The lounge has satellite TV, sound system and communal WIFI. There are two bedrooms one with en suite and a family bathroom. All linen towels and a welcome pack are included.

The swimming pool is amazing and the whole complex has a really lovely atmosphere about it. The apartment was spotless, beautifully furnished and spacious. We would recommending this apartment to couples and families alike - it really is perfect!

Outside: This is a large gated complex in a quit location but close to the sea and all the seaside amenities you could wish for. It has extensive gardens and a stunning pool complex with island bar and space for everyone. Space is a premium with our apartment at the end of a SW facing block is very private with lovely views. The large private garden to the back and the side of the property is ideal for privacy and for children. The terrace has a large covered area for outside dining (table and chairs provided). Beyond is a large open terrace leading to the garden, perfect for sunbathing with lingers and barbecue provided. There are 2 tennis courts and the gardens are illuminated at night. The site is close to Porto Petro harbour with the sound of the sea in the background. From the entrance it is only 200m to the nearest beach. Utility Room: Dishwasher and washing machine, brushes, mop and bucket, high chair and ample supply of kitchen and loo rolls Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Complete pre arrival clean included. All bed linen /towels ( including beach) provided. Midweek change/clean available at additional cost. For longer stays bed linen etc is changed on a weekly basis. Other: The apartment has patio doors opening out onto a large sunny SW facing terrace and private garden beyond, ideal for outside dining under cover, as well as a large open terrace area for sunbathing. Dining table, chairs, barbecue and sun loungers provided.

great apartment in perfect location

Our 2nd stay at this apartment and our 3rd visit to the bella Luna complex . Apartment is great everything you need for family , young or old . Great outside terrace area for breakfast /lunch and short walk to local restaurants in the Marina ir Cala Egos. . Pool is huge with a pool bar plenty of sun beds and amazing beaches just a short walk or drive . Cala Mondrago our favourite by far . Perfect all in all for a chilled out summer holiday

The Nearest beach is just 5 minutes walk away and 10 mins beyond are the several beautiful and safe beaches of Cala D'Or with options for all needs for the children or private sunbathing. just 15 minutes drive or cheap public transport away is the nature reserve Mondrago rated one of top ten beaches in the world. To the south we have the beautiful fishing village of Cala Figuera, and to the north Porto Colom with many lovely beaches between. The stunning Petro harbour is 10 mins walk away.


Palma airport is 50 minutes drive away with extensive car hire available; we can advise on low cost reliable Public transport from Palma takes 90 minutes and is only €12. There is a summer time dedicated coach service (can be booked through Travel Republic) that stops 50m from Bella luna (CalaD'Or gardens) and costs £57 return for a family of 4 compared with £120 return by taxi. Locally we have open coaches going to the beaches and the taxi rank is only 5 minutes walk away.


Porto Petro is 10 minutes walk away where you will find beaches sailing school, diving school, bike hire, self drive boat hire and many excellent restaurants. 10 minutes walk in the other direction is the beautiful Cala D'Or marina with a wide range of restaurants and shops and amenities beyond. Cala D'Or also has several superb beaches with safe swimming in crystal clear water and space for everyone even in high season.

Santanyi a beautiful ancient market town is 20 minutes drive away.

Further Details:

Many restaurants bars and shops within walking distance. Regular markets held in local towns and Palma has world class shopping and entertainment. For those of you with children there is a lovely play complex ( including trampolines mini go carts, ball pool etc) just 300 yards away with a small bar too keep parents entertained as well! For those of you who enjoy biking and walking this has to be one of the best areas on the island. The Mondrago nature reserve has 4,world class beaches (the Times ranked Mondrago beach in the top 10 in the world) and stunning cliff walks. Whenever we can we cycle over to the ancient market town of Santanyi or the fishing port of Cala Figuera where you can buy fresh fish in the most photographed harbour in the Balearics. Even in he hight of summer there are tranquil places to discover within easy reach as well as the traditional delights of the seaside.

For those of you who are active you can hire bicycles, canoes, ribs without a licence or join a local sailing school. The coastal walks are superb and for the adventurous the mountains in he north are 40 minutes drive with breathtaking scenery. If you like swimming the sea is safe unbelievably clear with several lov

Cal diving schools. From June to November the sea temperature is above 20 deg C. We provide an information pack with numerous places of interest and things to do. A must is the ancient market town of Santanyi go on weds or Saturday market days for real Spanish atmosphere and wonderful pavement cafes. The small harbour of Cala Figeura is just 20 minutes drive away, a small fishing village of stunning beauty and one of the most photographed spots in the Med. Further afield for a day trip try the sand dunes at EsTrenc are a must, the coastal suburb of Palma called Portixol is stunning as are the mountain towns of Valldemosa, soller and Deja and many more.

Come and visit in the spring and autumn when the sea is warm sunny most days and all the facilities available.
