Beachfront apartment on Sitges' most desired tranquil but trendy San Sebastian Beach Promenade

This apartment is a dream place for everybody who wants the combination of a top location, a very modern design, tranquillity, nice views and amenities as if you were home.. This place is very spacious and nicely designed.

This beachfront top floor apartment is located on Sitges' most desired tranquil but trendy San Sebastian beach promenade. It can accommodate up to six people in a very comfortable way. The apartment is completely renovated in a very modern (Ibiza white) style and is very bright. It is decorated with design furniture such as the white marble tulip table and chairs (Eero Saarinen), the loungy Barcelona chair (Ludwig Mies Van Der Rohe) , a minimalistic white kitchen with fine composite stone top,... etc.

The living room (taking the whole facade facing the sea) has 2 big hidden sliding windows , so that when they are open, it feels like if you were on a big covered outside terrace.. with an amazing view !!!! These windows give access to the fantastic balcony where you can stay the whole day without getting bored! Centrally in between the windows hangs the Sony Led smart tv which can be turned towards the dinning table or sofa just for your comfort. The Hifi chain with iPod/iPad dock is just under the TV.

The open kitchen, where you prepare your tasty snacks or meals while watching the beach, has everything one need: high quality Neff appliances such as a build-in microwave and oven, big size refrigerator with deep freezer , induction cooking, etc. Further, there is a Nespresso coffee maker, a semi professional orange juicer, a toaster, etc.. The kitchen is really completely equipped with all possible kitchen tools you can imagine, as if you were home..

Walking towards the back of the apartment through the very minimalistic corridor, you will find four frameless doors and a stair:

-Two of the doors each give access to the master bedrooms. Both of them located on the back of the building, with a nice view on the backgardens with palmtrees and the mountains, and where it is very quiet. These two rooms each have an en suite private bathroom, with a "rock stone" walled walk-in rain shower and private toilet. Of course, both rooms have air conditioning and electric blinds. The right room has a king size (180x200cm) double bed, the left room has two attached single beds (90x200cm) which can be separated if necessary. All beds have high quality mattresses (type boxspring), and organic cotton bedsheets. The big build-in wardrobes with sliding doors and the bedside chests provide all necessary storage one could wish.

-The other two doors are for the toilet (with access to the bathroom) and a spacious laundry room equipped with a quality washing machine, an iron and a ironboard.

-Finally the stairs lead to the mezzanine which has a small desk area and another comfortable double bed (150 x 190 cm) from which you have a wonderful view on the beach !

The apartment has all amenities which you can expect from a very luxury apartment, such as a 40" flat screen smart TV (internet, etc), Ipad Docking hifi chain, Wifi, washing machine, iron & board, etc.

Finally, one floor higher, there is also a big roof terrace of the building (+/_ 4 x 5 m) which officially is common to all owners of the building, but hardly used. You can use the terrace for drying your laundry, for some private sunbathing, or why not for a drink with some friends while enjoying views over the Garraf mountains.

From the moment you will step into this apartment you will feel an oasis of tranquility with the sea being a living picture in your living room. This type of apartments is very hard to find in the seasonal rental market.

My family and I had a great stay. The Location was perfect and the apartment was beautiful and very clean, I would highly recommend this apartment for people of all ages. The only thing that may be a problem for some are the stairs leading to the apartment, on the 3rd floor with no lift.

We bought this property as we always dreamt of having something in the south of Europe to escape from the cold weather. But this property is so much more than that: it really is a dream come true, as it is a place where I can find peace and where we get relax instantly. Imagine just having breakfast, or preparing a meal, while watching the sea and the blue skies .. it is so relaxing.. Also, the idea of waking up, taking your towel, and go for a quick swim in the sea... without even crossing a street.. so nice ! And above all, even though it is very centrally located in town, it is still a very quiet area at night...

  • Outside: There is a big balcony with table and chairs. The balcony is 7m wide along the whole façade of the building, with breathtaking view of the beach. The building is located on the only car free beach promenade, so direct access to the beach without cars. On top of the building, one floor higher of apartment, is a big roof terrace, which can be used for sunbathing, or just to dry your clothes. Utility Room: The laundry / dressing room is equipped with a quality washing machine, an iron and a iron board. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels, bedsheets, tea towels are included. The are renewed after 1 week.
