A privately rented penthouse apartment in the Oracle Exclusive resort. This 2 bedroom apartments master bedroom has a double bed, en-suite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom has twin beds with a separate bathroom with bath/shower. This newly built apartment also benefits from lift access to the penthouse floor, air conditoning/heating, fully fitted kitchen, a dining area, complete with dining table and chairs. The spacious lounge area is furnished with comfortable sofa's, coffee tables, TV and DVD (Suitable for UK DVD's) and has WiFi access available. The large verandah is equipped with patio furniture and sun loungers, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy the sea views.

Why Matthew Foy chose Paphos

My husband and I run our family business, which demands a great deal of our time. We chose Cyprus as it felt like home from home on our very first trip!

We have always found the Cypriot people to be friendly and accommodating, especially towards our young family.

Cyprus has managed to retain it's own identity, full of culture and history. Dont be worried if your Greek is a little off par. Most Cypriot's speak English very well; you may even find yourself receiving impromptu Greek lessons from the locals during your holiday!

We decided to buy our apartment in Kato Paphos, as it offers easy access to Paphos Old Town and the beach, whilst being located in a quiet location with excellent sea views.

What makes this apartment unique

This newly developed apartment has a very clean and airy feel, with good on-site facilities and lift access.

We think it is rare to find such a genuinely friendly atmosphere in such a new resort.

Outside: The Oracle Exclusive resort has a well maintained pool with ample sun loungers. There is a communal BBQ area for your convenience situated close to the pool bar. The pool bar offers refreshments and light snacks in a friendly and open environment with a comfy seating area where refreshments can be enjoyed by the pool. There is a selection of cocktails, spirits, beers, wines, soft drinks and a variety of coffees to cater for all. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: There is a weekly maid service to clean the apartment, replace linen and bathroom towels.

We really enjoyed our stay. The Apartment was just as described - which is just what you want. The property manager could not have done more and a credit to the owners. We would recommend a visit - thanks for a lovely holiday

CLEAN WELL EQUIPPED APARTMENT, GOOD LOCATION,

The Apartment was excellent as described in the listing, clean and well maintained. Very good customer service from owner. 10 mins walk to main King of Tombs road with excellent restaurants. The bus stop was right outside the apartment - very good service to lovely Harbour and Coral bay. We did not have a bad meal particular favourites were Raffles and Fat Mamas, excellent cocktails at O'Neills Irish Bar!!!! Excellent location, thoroughly enjoyable holiday.
